The Toucan Villa at Manuel Antonio Estates was amazing - 100% as billed and even more impressive than it looks in the pictures. A fully-staffed complex makes it feel like you’re staying at an AirBNB home within a resort. The team’s communication was excellent on a couple of minor issues and home was gorgeous. 10/10, would book again and recommend to anyone.

Awesome time at Julios’s place. Location was convenient, on the outskirts of Quepos and a short drive into Manuel Antonio. Extremely convenient and we loved the jungle setting around it. Really great to hang on the balcony and in the pool with the kids. Would recommend!

Perfect location for visiting Manuel Antonio! On the same road as the most recommended restaurants. Gated community which made check in and out so easy. Chef Vicky was awesome. She arrived before us on check in day and was preparing dinner before we arrived. Very much recommend for a no hassle trip to this area.

this place was amazing! the pool was great! The house is very nice! and the location is incredible! you are in the jungle but also right at the edge of town. perfect location! the best part was the wild life directly outside we had howler monkeys and capuchin monkeys and awesome little lizard ???? we went for a walk into the hills and saw Toucans and macaws and green parakeets. I would highly recommend! we will be returning! there is also a spa attached to the gated community.

Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. It was wonderful! We would definitely stay again. The beds, linens and towels were great. The home was beautiful, clean, the kitchen well stocked and easy to use. Honestly, the home was so beautiful and comfortable it was easy to just relax. The home is in a gated community that feels safe and surrounded by trees but the house are very close to eachother. If you want to walk to Quepos you can. We had a car and found everything very convenient.

We had no issues but the host was available for instructions, recommendations and accommodating our late check in.

The best was seeing monkeys on the porch, toucan in the trees, scarlet macaws and the waterfall hike in the neighborhood was a plus.

I don’t have a lot to say in addition to what has already been posted. Our stay was amazing and as described in listing. House is large, clean and host is very responsive. The drive to the Airbnb from SJO was easy. All areas in Quepos that you will want to visit is a 5 minute drive from house. We would recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the area!

This house if huge, pool area was great and living area with long balcony was great to sit out on when raining.

Visiting the local beaches and national park is a must.

Host was very responsive, the cooker ran out of gas one evening (7pm) and concierge quickly arranged for a replace in 40mins.

You can easily walk into Quepos for shopping, restaurants and bars.

A truly beautiful house in an excellent location surrounded by nature. Easy access to all the best of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Julio was very responsive to all questions and requests. Highly recommended for families - it made our son's birthday a unique experience!

This property is just as listed and a lovely house. The outdoor space is lovely and well maintained. The house and kitchen have all needed items. We went during rainy/green season and there were several storms which knocked out the power, but it was typically quickly restored. Great communication with manager. Gated neighborhood and felt safe. Hidden waterfall in the neighborhood was amazing!! Great stay.

We loved it here & had such a great visit! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. The rooms all had A/C & kept everything comfortable, even at night. The main areas got warm but hey, you’re in Costa Rica! Embrace the heat. Any questions we had were quickly answered- all of the staff were so friendly & welcoming. Perfect location just out of the chaos of town, but easily walkable into town for restaurants. Highly recommend!

The Toucan Villa was AMAZING! We came as a group of six and everyone was very comfortable during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had a blast checking out Quepos and of course Manuel Antonio National park!

Beautiful location in a very nice jungle setting. Upstairs of house was extremely nice and the roof provided a perfect white noise with the rain to fall asleep to. Monkeys in trees above occasionally knocking branches down on house was always fun and exciting too. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Very easy to access Manuel Antonio and drive out of town to Uvita etc. Had construction noise with a discount, but we hardly noticed. Julio is very responsive and informative with everything as well.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus war geräumig und perfekt für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Die Lage im Resort war toll, ebenso der schöne Pool, in dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Vielzahl an Tieren, die man überall beobachten konnte.
Der Service war gut: Als wir am ersten Tag wegen einer elektrischen Störung nicht ins Haus konnten, wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert ein anderes, ebenfalls tolles Haus im Resort für die erste Nacht angeboten . Die Verantwortlichen waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das haben wir kurzerhand selbst übernommen, was für uns aber kein groes Problem war.
Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – vielen Dank!

Check in was extremely easy. From reaching property gate to being inside was approx 4 mins. Although there were several other homes around there was no noise from neighbours. Pool was cleaned daily from friendly staff. AC in bedrooms kept up nicely. Kitchen had all required appliances for us. Living area upstairs was cozy for hanging around. Patios upstairs and down were protected from the evening rains so we could enjoy a cold one during a good rain. Very happy with our stay and hope to return one day.

we just had a excellent week stay last week,place was great,the size the location the staff could not have been better,we were very pleased,also used there spa 1 afternoon I got just massage,mom n my daughter got a package and both loved, during the week we saw monkeys, toucans, mccalls, humingbirds ECT.. located close to the marina the park and grocery,also the restaurants they recommended all had great food and views, this was my first stay with them but have stay all over pacific coast and highly recommend staying with them,I hope to return next year!!!!!

Not much more to say that hasn’t been said in other reviews. Beautiful private home nestled in the jungle with monkeys, iguanas, toucans, scarlet macaws viewed from our deck. Artwork and furnishings are very tasteful. A little leak in the roof/ceiling during heavy rains I’m sure maintenance will fix. A huge branch came down one afternoon and maintenance came to remove it within an hour.

This house was wonderful to stay in. We loved the location and were so happy to be there. The town of Quepos is delightful, with supermarkets and ocean nearby!
We enjoyed our meals at the house and the swimming pool was perfectly refreshing but the best was the daily visits from monkeys and toucans!
We can not say enough about Julio and John. Always there to help with any issues! They went Above and beyond to help us to be comfortable!
Some nearby construction work disturbed the peace of just listening to the bird sounds but other than that we had a phenomenal vacation!

Super communicative host. Enjoyed the pool and spa services. Only downsides: tree branches or other objects often fall from the trees on to the roof. Can make sleeping in the upstairs bedroom challenging. Construction sounds were present but not bad.

Al anfitrión nunca lo vi en persona... y la verdad no hizo falta, fue como si hubiera estado ahí, contestaba muy rápido, atendió todas mis dudas y nos dio recomendaciones. Tienen café, azúcar, frutas para nosotros apenas llegamos. Fui con mi papás y muy satisfechos con la casa y el lugar, los señores oficiales de seguridad muy atentos y amables , gran servicio. Muy agradecido. Fijo volveremos allá. Muchas gracias por tanto !!!

La piscine était rafraîchissante et le personnel a aidé à organiser toutes nos activités. Nous souhaitons seulement avoir plus de temps pour profiter des services de spa.

Manuel Antonio Real Estate - Villa Toucan was an amazing place to stay! The premises were beautiful, clean and spacious. There’s a spa down their office too and we had an unforgettable experience. The bonus is pet friendly and accepted my cat!

The location was perfect to explore Quepos and easy access to the beach side and surrounding restaurants with a car. Lots of amenities and staff is helpful and friendly! Highly recommended and definitely come back again!

A beautiful, spacious home nestled within the jungle and perfectly located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Wild life and bird life were exceptional, pool a bonus, a/c very helpful. We were six adults staying at Villa Toucan for 8 nights, The house is very well located just on the edge of the town of Quepos. It is one of the lower elevation houses, which makes walking to town easy compared to other houses on the property that are higher up the steep hill. The house is surrounded by forest which is full of animal activity. We were able to observe, very closely, three species of monkeys on numerous occasions. Tons of birds, including Macaws and Toucans and several hawks, plus hummingbirds. The trees and the pool provided a nice respite from the daytime heat. The house is far enough away from other units to ensure a quiet setting. The house is well appointed although some thin cushions on the wooden deck chairs would add to the comfort while spending hours on the upper deck watching life go by. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms. The internet service was good and reliable. A car is very useful to be able to explore a bit farther away, and for groceries, and there are many good restaurants in Quepos itself and also on the road leading to Manuel Antonio National Park. The service at the property was excellent and super fast when we made inquiries. Communication was easy and quick. There are many excellent beaches nearby and wildlife tours are very easy to organize and are excellent. This property is very highly recommended.
