Our stay at Villa Buddha Belly was an amazing experience. The house was well appointed and felt like a mini-resort that we had to ourselves. We were greeted with Toucans most mornings and the views of the ocean and surrounding forest were magical. The concierge service, private chef, and daily housekeeping made us feel well taken care of. Vicky, the chef, makes breakfast each morning (you pay for the groceries only). We recommend also taking advantage of her cooking dinner (an extra service) if you want to be able to truly relax at the house in the evenings., We would book this house again in a heartbeat!

This is a great place to stay in Quepos/Manuel Antonio. The house is magnificent, with beautiful views of both the Pacific, and mountains/ rainforest. Michael was always super responsive, and attentive to our needs. Vicky is a great chef. Breakfasts were always fabulous, and we had her prepare dinner for us one evening as well, perfect! Vannessa kept the place in fabulous condition. Our only regret was having to leave. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a perfect Costa Rican vacation!

We had a great family stay at the Buddha Belly. Fantastic pool deck with ocean views and the forest directly below. We saw wildlife daily from the deck including many kinds of birds and monkeys. Chef Vicky made excellent breakfasts daily and cooked us a wonderful dinner one evening, we had no issues with communication or check in. Would highly recommend this spot to others.

Beautiful multi million dollar house and view. The air condition and all the accommodation for wonderful. Bring extra cash for tips to the house staff and to pay food costs.
From the very beginning, this was an exceptional hosting experience. Communication was seamless and welcoming from day one, and it only got better once we arrived.
Dorit was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and truly thoughtful in every interaction. She set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Michael was always there for anything we needed, incredibly responsive and proactive, and genuinely made our time at the property even more special.
The property itself is stunning. Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, it feels private, peaceful, and perfectly integrated with the surroundings. The views are breathtaking—whether you’re looking out at the lush landscape or simply enjoying the calm and serenity, it’s impossible not to feel relaxed and inspired here.

Warning: you won’t want to leave! From start to finish, our stay at Villa Buddha Belly was an amazing experience. Without a doubt, this is the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at on any vacation. Communication with Michael was seamless, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed throughout our stay. Each morning, Chef Vicki prepared delicious breakfasts that made every day feel like a luxury resort, and Vanessa kept the house spotless with daily cleaning.The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The reverse floor plan maximizes the spectacular ocean and rainforest views, with three bedrooms just off the main living area. The teenagers in our group loved having the second-floor bedrooms to themselves, where they could be as loud as they wanted without disturbing the adults.The home is new, beautiful, and comfortable. Stunning sunsets, monkeys and armadillos, and a swimmable waterfall within walking distance all added to the magic of our stay.

Such a magnificent place! Pure luxury. Endless space, wonderful very big pool and great view, kitchen with loads of amenities, a fitness room, a game room with table tennis, fussball table and home cinema and a gym room. Spotless clean, and with fantastic bedrooms and bathrooms.
The chef (included to cook breakfast and bookable for lunch and dinner) was both great and very flexible.
Very quiet, safe and serene and yet close to everything in Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
Very responsive, kind and proactive host, who gave great tips and made sure we felt at home from the first minute. We would love to stay again in the future and highly recommend this place.

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.

Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
Deposit: 50% of the grand total is due upon booking
Final Payment: Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days
Secure Payments: PaypalPaypal check-out secure app (all major credit cards accepted) 6% processing fees for all transactions added to the total price 6% processing fees for refunds or reimbursements
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
