¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia! El lugar es hermoso, muy cuidado y todo se siente súper agradable.

La lavandería literalmente nos salvó durante el viaje y fue un gran plus. La alberca estaba riquísima, perfecta para relajarnos después de salir todo el día.

Todo estaba muy lindo y cómodo, y tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron súper fáciles y prácticos.

Definitivamente fue una estancia muy agradable y volveríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Muy recomendado!

Casa Quetzal es maravillosa, nos encantó cada espacio de la casa, es muy amplia, tiene mucha privacidad, y se respira tranquilidad por todos lados.
Las fotografías no le hacen justicia ya que es más bonita físicamente, no duden en reservar su estadía en esta casa, muchas gracias por todas las atenciones, nos encantó el detalle de la cesta con fruta que nos dejaron, no decimos adiós si no hasta pronto por qué sin duda alguna regresaremos.

Beautiful house! Would definitely stay again

Host, Julio, and Co-host, Viviana, were extremely responsive and kind. They answered all my questions and concerns and recommended much more thereafter for the surrounding areas such as restaurants and activities. Taxi service entering the secured gated community was very easy as well in which the taxis arrived within 5 mins or less upon request with the number provided by host/co-host.

The one thing I will be aware of is that it is not quite walkable and the hills to the Airbnb were a bit steep. Requesting a car to this home and leaving the home is best.

I would absolutely recommend staying in this beautiful and spacious home or any other property under Julio and Viviana!

My friends and I had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for the six of us. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding nature within this beautiful neighborhood.

What an amazing stay at Casa quetzal! Loved staying where we could see and hear wildlife! Monkeys visited a couple times and toucans came by every morning and evening!
The house was an absolute gem. Extremely comfortable beds, very spacious home, excellent kitchen with all we needed to cook nightly. Loved how we could open the windows and doors and hang out by the pool. Extra linens and towels were helpful, there was even a yoga mat which I used every morning!
Location was also perfect, close to shopping and food stores, and only a 15 minute ride to Manuel Antonio National Park!
Our host was so helpful, responsive and friendly! Always answered quickly for any of our needs. Truly you will not be disappointed staying here! Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Julio and Viviana were gracious hosts who made sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood is gated so there isn’t a lot of traffic and the surroundings are beautiful with jungle sounds to lull you to sleep. The beds were very comfortable too!

The 4 of us stayed here for 2 nights and we had an absolute blast. Everything about it is perfect! The main house has a king bed, through a private entrance downstairs is the second bedroom, and right across from there is a separate bunkie. All the rooms were incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. The AC worked really well while it was soooo hot. The pool was our favourite part - so warm and clean. The check in and out process was super easy. We were visited by a family of monkeys, toucans, iguanas and more! HIGHLY recommend a 4x4 or you may not make it up the hill and into the driveway. We had absolutely no issues. Everything was perfect and the location was great to walk into town (though the trek back is all uphill!) thank you so much to the wonderful team for taking such great care of this place and providing such a great time :)

The property exceeded our expectations! Pictures do not do it justice! The wildlife that we encountered was amazing! Monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and iguanas!! The pool was a refreshing spot to hang out! We were traveling with friends and the property had plenty of space for people to have their own area. The area is in the hills and the road up to the house is steep. Not all transportation or taxis will drive to the door. You needed to walk down To the gate and meet some drivers. Although we never minded the steep and strenuous walk, some people may find it physically challenging.

We Loved this place. Loved the location and the views. So close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio

My family had an amazing stay at Casa Quetzal! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again! So much wildlife to be seen from the property. It was also private and felt very safe. Julio was very responsive to anything that we needed.

Wonderful location. Beautiful home(s) just as described and perfect for our group! Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Loved the recommendation for having Vicky come and be our private chef for the night! Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

I would not hesitate to stay here again, the location was fantastic and easily walkable into downtown Quepos. This home was perfect for our family with two teenagers, as everyone could have their own spaces. We loved the hike to the waterfall, saw so many monkeys from that area! Overall, very secure and comfortable place to stay and great communication from the host! Thanks so much and pura vida!!

This is a lovely place to rent a place for a few days or a few weeks. Julio is very helpful before, during and after your stay. The check in and check out process is very easy. Julio is excellent at communicating during your stay and very resonsive to any issues that arise. This is a gated community, so there is that extra level of security. There are a fair number of places built into the hillside at Manuel Antonio Estates, but once you get to your rental you really don't even notice the other rentals, it feels very private. We enjoyed seeing tucans, scarlet macaws and monkeys from our pool. There are a number of reasonably priced places to eat and several grocery stores nearby, so you can prepare your own meals or dine out. Having your own fully stocked kitchen is very helpful. The marina is very close and offers many fishing, catamaran, sunset and sightseeing tours. This is our second year staying at Manuel Antonio Estates and we are already looking at dates for next year

The place was beautiful, the host very responsive, the staff around the area helpful and welcoming. Easy to take the bus to the national park. Would book again.

Great place

It was our second time in Manuel Antonio and 1st time at Casa Queztal.

The house was exactly what we were looking for, the charm of a traditional Costa Rican house with the modern amenities.

Spotless, safe, well furnished and cozy.

We will return for sure!

Loved staying here, walkable to the town and bus stop close to get to the beaches. Uber is also very reasonable and 10mins away from stunning manuel antonio.

The house is very well equipped and very cosy ! Beds super comfortable and all backed up by a great concierge that helped us so many times with restaurants and trips thanks joe !!

Lots of wildlife to be seen from the balcony/patio , we saw iguanas, monkeys and a small agouti.

Perfect location nestled in the jungle. Private neighborhood and house is constructed out of local wood and materials providing for a unique experience. Pool time at sunset was amazing while being visited by white faced and spider monkeys! Can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Quetzal. It is a secure, gated community with easy access to downtown Quepos and all the businesses and restaurants on the road to Manuel Antonio Park.The pool was great for cooling down and relaxing after a day of activity at the beach or on an excursion. The separate accommodations worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples.

The house and pool were beautiful, the animal sightings were endless, and the location was perfect.

Casa Quetzal was perfect for our group with its three separate living spaces. We were able to easily walk into town (though the trek back up the hill was a workout), but the neighborhood was still had amazing trees and wildlife. Lots of monkeys, a capybara, and even a gorgeous macaw eating fruit from the tree out our front door.

Perfect way to celebrate retirement! The casa was comfortable and well-appointed. We loved cooking with local ingredients from the Quepos market. Staff helped plan day trips that weren't too strenuous but showed us Costa Rica's best. The morning coffee on our terrace became our favorite ritual.

Incredible opportunities for wildlife photography right from our casa! We captured amazing shots of toucans, monkeys, and exotic birds without leaving the property. Early morning light through the canopy was spectacular. Staff was knowledgeable about best viewing times. Perfect for photography enthusiasts.

We loved our stay at Casa Quetzal. The accommodation and pool were lovely. The staff were so friendly and warm. We would absolutely stay again. One thing for renters to note is that the beautiful property has been renovated in a lovely manner but the windows do not seal. There are gaps up to an inch between the wood panels and the frames. This does not detract from the comfort or aesthetic of the accommodation, but some folks may want to know. Also worth noting the beds and couches were remarkably comfortable.
