I would not hesitate to stay here again, the location was fantastic and easily walkable into downtown Quepos. This home was perfect for our family with two teenagers, as everyone could have their own spaces. We loved the hike to the waterfall, saw so many monkeys from that area! Overall, very secure and comfortable place to stay and great communication from the host! Thanks so much and pura vida!!

This is a lovely place to rent a place for a few days or a few weeks. Julio is very helpful before, during and after your stay. The check in and check out process is very easy. Julio is excellent at communicating during your stay and very resonsive to any issues that arise. This is a gated community, so there is that extra level of security. There are a fair number of places built into the hillside at Manuel Antonio Estates, but once you get to your rental you really don't even notice the other rentals, it feels very private. We enjoyed seeing tucans, scarlet macaws and monkeys from our pool. There are a number of reasonably priced places to eat and several grocery stores nearby, so you can prepare your own meals or dine out. Having your own fully stocked kitchen is very helpful. The marina is very close and offers many fishing, catamaran, sunset and sightseeing tours. This is our second year staying at Manuel Antonio Estates and we are already looking at dates for next year

It was our second time in Manuel Antonio and 1st time at Casa Queztal.
The house was exactly what we were looking for, the charm of a traditional Costa Rican house with the modern amenities.

Loved staying here, walkable to the town and bus stop close to get to the beaches. Uber is also very reasonable and 10mins away from stunning manuel antonio.
The house is very well equipped and very cosy ! Beds super comfortable and all backed up by a great concierge that helped us so many times with restaurants and trips thanks joe !!
Lots of wildlife to be seen from the balcony/patio , we saw iguanas, monkeys and a small agouti.

Perfect location nestled in the jungle. Private neighborhood and house is constructed out of local wood and materials providing for a unique experience. Pool time at sunset was amazing while being visited by white faced and spider monkeys! Can’t wait to return.
Enjoyed our stay at Casa Quetzal. It is a secure, gated community with easy access to downtown Quepos and all the businesses and restaurants on the road to Manuel Antonio Park.The pool was great for cooling down and relaxing after a day of activity at the beach or on an excursion. The separate accommodations worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples.
The house and pool were beautiful, the animal sightings were endless, and the location was perfect.

Casa Quetzal was perfect for our group with its three separate living spaces. We were able to easily walk into town (though the trek back up the hill was a workout), but the neighborhood was still had amazing trees and wildlife. Lots of monkeys, a capybara, and even a gorgeous macaw eating fruit from the tree out our front door.

Perfect way to celebrate retirement! The casa was comfortable and well-appointed. We loved cooking with local ingredients from the Quepos market. Staff helped plan day trips that weren't too strenuous but showed us Costa Rica's best. The morning coffee on our terrace became our favorite ritual.

Fantastic stay with teens. Kids enjoyed the walk to the waterfall. Saw monkeys, lizards, birds, even a snake. Great location near Manuel Antonio Park. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible opportunities for wildlife photography right from our casa! We captured amazing shots of toucans, monkeys, and exotic birds without leaving the property. Early morning light through the canopy was spectacular. Staff was knowledgeable about best viewing times. Perfect for photography enthusiasts.
Costa Rica's biodiversity is truly remarkable! We love sharing it with photography enthusiasts. The early morning and evening light really does create magical opportunities for capturing our wildlife.
We loved our stay at Casa Quetzal. The accommodation and pool were lovely. The staff were so friendly and warm. We would absolutely stay again. One thing for renters to note is that the beautiful property has been renovated in a lovely manner but the windows do not seal. There are gaps up to an inch between the wood panels and the frames. This does not detract from the comfort or aesthetic of the accommodation, but some folks may want to know. Also worth noting the beds and couches were remarkably comfortable.

Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.

Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.
The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded.
Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
Deposit: 50% of the grand total is due upon booking
Final Payment: Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days
Secure Payments: PaypalPaypal check-out secure app (all major credit cards accepted) 6% processing fees for all transactions added to the total price 6% processing fees for refunds or reimbursements
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
