Dos Olas Villa is absolutely exquisite and one of the best places we have ever stayed. We had a 7 month old & 5 year old with us and the layout could not have been more perfect for us to relax. The open plan onto the pool meant we could enjoy family time easily. The villa was spotless and completely new. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The view is picturesque. You feel completely private and it’s only you in ten jungle. Monkeys & parrots come by every day. Julio was on hand 24/7 and helped us with everything from shopping to tours and transport. Luxury with gorgeous architecture at its very finest! The town is 3mins away so is super central and accessible whilst feeling ultra private in the jungle

Casa Dos Olas fue un salvavidas muy curioso para nosotros.
Reservamos a última hora (un día antes) porque otro lugar nos canceló sin mucha antelación. Sin embargo, fue una agradable sorpresa encontrar un lugar tan espacioso, bonito y ameno. Nuestro grupo de 6p cupo muy bien en las 4 habitaciones. Nos encantó que todo estaba impecable, con decoración por doquier y con una cocina bien equipada. También nos ayudaron guardando nuestro equipaje mientras fuimos a Manuel Antonio, lo cual fue indispensable para disfrutar del parque.
A nuestra salida se nos hizo un poco tarde (checkout es a las 10 am) pero nos esperaron muy amablemente. En nuestra opinión (y porque veníamos cansados del día anterior) pensamos que el checkout podría ser un poco más tarde.
En resumen es un excelente lugar para descansar. Esta rodeado de naturaleza ( a nuestra salida vimos un mono ????) y se siente un entorno tranquilo.

Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.

Overnight visitors must be reserved and extra guest fees may apply.
The max occupancy of a property may never be exceeded.
Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
Deposit: 50% of the grand total is due upon booking
Final Payment: Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days
Secure Payments: PaypalPaypal check-out secure app (all major credit cards accepted) 6% processing fees for all transactions added to the total price 6% processing fees for refunds or reimbursements
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
