Had a great time staying at Manuel Antonio Estates. The place was spacious and comfortable with nice beds and comfortable air conditioning and fans for circulation. We had everything we needed to make meals at home when we wanted to relax between activities. The location is perfectly nestled between Manuel Antonio and Quepos which made it easy to get to. Our only regret is not using the pool more.

Stayed here as a group of friends and have a great time! We loved the pool, and the Airbnb was in a nice location in central quepos but still felt like we were away from everything and immersed in the wildlife. Very good iguana spotting!

Es de los lugares que llegas y disfrutas mucho, tiene lo necesario para pasarla bien y descansar, para nosotros estuvo ideal porque nos movimos el coche.

Instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodas, cerca de la ciudad y de la playa.

Great place in Quepos! Bus runs to Manuel Antonio convenietly close to the apartment. We saw two kinds of monkeys and there is a hike from the estate to the nearby waterfall. Well equipped kitchen! Thanks for the stay :)

Had a great weekend staying at Eco Condo 2. The unit was extremely clean and spacious, had very hot water, and a full kitchen available for cooking meals. The pool was also very nice for fresh, cool water swims after long hikes in Manuel Antonio National Park. The center of Quepos was a nice 15 min walk away and we enjoyed eating at Soda Sanchez and Pizza Krunchy. I recommend getting a pizza to go and driving down to Parque Nahomi to enjoy it. Manuel Antonio is only a 15 minute drive from the condo.

Fijne woning, mooie tuin en zwembad ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntje is dat om bij de woning te komen het supersteil omhoog is en ook nog met een scherpe bocht. als je geen 4x4 hebt is het lastig omhoog gaan.

Words cannot describe how amazing this place was! Check in and check out was super easy! Julio was super responsive and we felt right at home! Definitely returning here the next time we come to Costa Rica!!

Price was so good that I was skeptical on the accomodation. I loved it. Close enough to Quepos for quick food options but just far enough away that you feel like you’re in the jungle. You could easily walk to town if you want. Definitely my new place to stay in this area.

Julio’s place was lovely - clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed swimming in the pool surrounded by the jungle. We even got to see monkeys carrying their babies in the surrounding trees. We would happily stay again.

Great place! We enjoyed the pool and AC when needed. It was walkable although about 20 minutes or more to the far side of town. Easy to use the taxis service though if you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed our stay in Quepos!

We had a lovely stay at julio’s place and I’m glad that we chose his place. Very convenient and close to everything. He was communicative and responsive with our needs. Easy access to transportation and it’s only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the town. We felt very safe. The apartment has everything you need and it was very clean and nice with the big pool to relax. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book it again if I ever visit again. El alojamiento estuvo excelente, es un departamento muy acogedor y con todas las amenidades, su ubicación es muy buena ya que hay salidas para distintos lados turísticos, y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a nosotros.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie ist im Untergeschoss. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Vor der Terrasse ist eine Hecke. Daher hat man keinen Ausblick. Wir sind dann noch für 2 Nächte ein Stockwerk höher in die Nummer 4 gezogen. Da bekamen wir jeden Tag Affenbesuch und hatten einen tollen Blick über die ganze Anlage und konnten viele Tiere beobachten. Das war wirklich ein Highlight. Wir können diese Anlage mit ihren freundlichen Mitarbeitern absolut empfehlen.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Julio had a good list of recommendations for the area for food as well as activities. The location is well located within 10-15 mins of everything in Manuel Antonio and has access to public transport and is gated. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much, even though we had a lot of rain. The Raindrop Spa was amazing. We enjoyed walking around Quepos and exploring. Julio helped make arrangements for a driver from Alajuela to Quepos. That was so helpful, and we learned so much from the driver.

We will stay at Eco condo again on our next stay in the area.

The location was excellent: close enough to the main town for easy walking but still serene and secluded. It was conveniently situated just off the road leading to the National Park, making the 15-minute drive quick and straightforward. Additionally, a bus stop nearby was a great bonus.

Due to an issue with a prior Airbnb, Julio accepted our urgent Airbnb booking request promptly and with open arms. We gave Julio 15 minutes notice and the cleaning staff was already in the condo making it spotless. Our location was perfect! Our favorite, was coming home from a long day of exploring and having the pool to ourselves for a few hours. Highly highly highly recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It offers all the necessary equipments and furniture for an enjoyable stay in Quepos. Julio was always available. Without a car it would be very tiring to move around the town and reach the beaches.

The condo was great, basic but very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen so that we could prepare meal ourselves and save some money. The BM market recommended was great. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or the grill because it was raining (very hard!) the day we planned to use them but they looked nice. The beds were comfortable and a pack n play and highchair were provided free of charge. highly recommend!

Brilliant value for backpackers! Clean facilities, good security, helpful staff. Kitchen well-equipped for meal prep which helped stretch our budget. Pool great for meeting other travelers. Perfect location for exploring without spending a fortune. WiFi could be faster but overall excellent.

We had a great time at Antonio Estates. We stayed on the second floor - where we had monkeys visit. We want to give a super thank you to Fabiola (co-host) who went out of her way for us. Her hospitality was A-1. The housekeeper was wonderful too!

Convenient and comfortable. We stayed three nights while visiting park. Clean quite and comfortable. It was nice to have the pool to cool off after a day exploring.

Great setup for remote work with reliable WiFi and quiet environment. Condo had good workspace and pool provided perfect breaks between meetings. Being surrounded by nature while having modern amenities was exactly what we needed. Very affordable for the location.
