We had such a great time at Julio’s place. The place was located in a beautiful private community. We saw deer, iguanas and lots of birds from the rear deck. The pool was awesome to relax in after a long day of sight seeing and beach activities. The living room and kitchen can get a little warm because the ac is only in the bedrooms but that was a minor issue for us. Definitely recommend this place.

Julio’s place was perfectly central to everything we needed in Manuel Antonio and Quepos! Such a beautiful pool and space — and amazing views out into a forested area. This place is exactly what you want to go back to every night of your Costa Rica vacation. The pool is great for morning coffee and night caps. Julio was super responsive from the get go. Very sad to leave, we wished we could just move in and not go back haha.

A beautiful stay in Quepos. The Airbnb is even bigger than it looks like in the photos, especially the balcony and pool. We saw iguanas, monkeys, huge butterflies and birds from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need and the barbecue was a nice addition! We had a 4x4 so getting around was easy, especially visiting the stunning beaches around Manuel Antonio.

Todo súper bien, solamente que deberían de iluminar un poco la entrada, es fácil de perder la entrada. Nosotros llegamos ya de noche.
Lamentablemente fue muy corto el tiempo que estuvimos es la casa! Nos encantó! Tiene justo lo que se necesita para darse una escapada y recargar baterías! El ambiente es muy acogedor y los anfitriones y la mucama están siempre pendientes para ayudar. Ya no puedo esperar para volver! Muchas gracias!

The place was splendid. It was very clean and everything was in perfect order. The views you get from the balcony are beautiful, and the place itself has a peaceful vibe to it. The house has a lot of space and the 3 beds are more than comfortable for a pleasant stay.
Our host Julio was kind, very communicative and provided all the information we needed for our stay as well as information about restaurants, activities and other useful places near.

Muy bien el lugar, es igual o mejor que en las fotos, la piscina estaba linda y calientita. Para llegar a el lugar si nos costó un poco, porque el sendero no esta iluminado o señalizado, hay hoyos y pedazos de terraceria. Pero todo bien, iba con 5 personas y todos encantados. En la mañana llegaron un monos a los árboles que habían cerca. Muy lindo todo

We loved our stay here. The location was beautiful and the home was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private pool and in-unit laundry. Host was very kind and communicative. Note that there is AC in each of the bedrooms, but not in the main living area.

Great location outside of Quepos.Pool with view overlooking Jungle.Management was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Nos encantó la estadía, la villa está rodeada de mucha naturaleza, con un lindo diseño y funcionalidad interior, ademas excelente luz y aire natural, el área de la piscina muy disfrutable dada la privacidad, el piso interno de la villa maravilloso por ser antideslizante y de buena porosidad para secado rápido.
Puntos de mejora: modernizar la cocina, proveer una refrigeradora de mayor tamaño, el cuarto que queda frente al área de la parrilla podría tener entrada con puertas plegables de vidrio qué den acceso a esa área, la pantalla de la sala podría ser de mayor tamaño.
Estos puntos de mejora son eso, mejoras, pero la verdad la estadía fue excelente, mi familia y yo la disfrutamos enormemente.

Nos encantó Casa Cayena!!
Pasamos unos días increíbles en Casa Cayena. La casa es súper privada, cómoda y muy bien equipada, perfecta para disfrutar en familia. Está a solo 5 minutos del centro de Quepos y como a 15 del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, así que es fácil moverse para hacer paseos y actividades.
La piscina es una maravilla, pasamos horas ahí relajándonos y mirando la naturaleza. Todos los días veíamos tucanes o lapas y monos pasar cerquita… una experiencia espectacular!! Sentir que estás tan cerca de la selva pero con todas las comodidades fue algo que nos encantó.
Noches de parrilladas en el área del BBQ y súper tranquilo, con un ambiente muy relajado y familiar.
Julio y Sebastián fueron lo máximo como anfitriones. Siempre atentos, amables, y nos dieron un montón de tips para las actividades y recomendaciones para aprovechar al máximo la zona. Gracias a ellos conocimos lugares y actividades que no hubiéramos encontrado por nuestra cuenta.

La Cayena was perfect for our party of 6. We enjoyed the pool, the vast spaciousness of the living/dining and kitchen areas and it proved to be very functional for our use. The view from the patio was beautiful. We saw monkeys, a deer and some birds.

Great location for sport fishing! Close to Quepos marina for charter boats. Caught mahi-mahi, sailfish, and marlin. After long fishing days, casa pool was perfect for relaxing. Staff helped find best charter services and arranged fish cleaning. Some dock access could be improved but overall excellent base.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
