Julio’s place is chic and beautiful. Amenities are very well maintained. Highly recommended for family traveling.

I have never seen a property this well stocked! Dishes, pots, pans, beach towels, tents, grill tools, etc. House is located in the forest with lots of wildlife. 15 minute drive or less to town and Manuel Antonio area.

Our time at Julio’s home was short, but we were very impressed. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had all of what we needed. You can tell the home was thoughtfully decorated and it added to our experience. 100% recommend!

One of the best Airbnb properties I’ve stayed!
The pool was amazing which my guests and I utilized many mornings while sipping mimosas. We also saw an abundance of wildlife including iguanas and monkeys right around the property.
We decided not to rent a car this time and had no problem securing Ubers to and from the property. The town of Quepos was close by and had grocery stores and an abundance of delicious restaurants.
The hosts were timely with responses to any questions my guests and I had and they made sure we had whatever we needed. I highly recommend this property for rest and relaxation!

This home was incredible! It was extremely well appointed with amenities from a fully stocked kitchen with coffee for the next morning - saving me a trip to the store that evening -, to a basket of fruit waiting for us - anything and everything we needed — loved the beach amenities- towels and tents, sand toys - you name it. The concierge team was wonderful to work with for anything we needed — even arranged a chef to make dinner for us for Christmas Eve. One thing to note is that it is about a half hour to get anywhere including the beach — which made it tricky to go back and forth places.
My 3 teens got a kick out of the iguanas and monkeys — and the pool area was lovely to sit out at. There isn’t a huge space to “hang out” inside — but we spent most of the time outside anyway —
I’d recommend this home to anyone staying in the area -

This was the most beautiful BnB I have ever been to! The location was serene. Between being immersed in nature and being blessed with a visiting family of monkeys, I couldn’t have felt more at peace. On top of the extreme cleanliness, abundance of provided essentials, and beautifully designed rooms; Julio and his team went out of their way to surprise me with the prettiest/tastiest birthday cake considering they wouldn’t have known what I’d like! I felt very privileged to stay at this BnB because without such an attentive and caring team then my stay in Costa Rica wouldn’t have been the same or come with such ease and bliss. Thank you a million times to Julio, Sebastian, and Joe for being such genuine souls and doing everything you can to make this trip memorable. I really wish I could’ve met you all and give you a huge hug but I’m sending some virtual hugs from me and my family, we apprecialove you all! El lugar es precioso, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía larga o corta, la decoración y estilo de la casa es muy lindo, la privacidad del lugar es de gran valor, la piscina y área de terraza es hermosa.

El orden en el que está todo en la casa, desde las luces hasta los suministros es algo que apreciamos mucho en la casa, se ha cuidado cada detalle.

Realmente te sientes en la naturaleza en este lugar. Volvería de nuevo sin pensarlo, ya sea con familia o pareja.

House is amazing. As amazing as the pictures are I still don’t think they do the house justice. Every detail has been paid attention to by the owners. Everything you may need is in the house. Location is fantastic. Close enough to town and beaches but far enough to enjoy complete seclusion. Outdoor space is great for cooking or just enjoying a morning coffee. Pool was super refreshing and well maintained. The hosts Julio/Sabastian were great as well. Very responsive and attentive….responding to requests very quickly and providing great local information about activities and restaurants. Amazing stay for our family!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The location was perfect -close enough to Manuel Antonio that the drive into the area was easy (and Quepos was still a wonderful city) but removed enough it felt like we had our own quiet area of jungle. It was very well stocked, a perfect size for our family of four and beds were still pretty comfortable. We also had a resident iguana our kids named Stitch who would be there when we woke up and hang out with us all day until she left in the evening. On top of that we were saw a group of squirrel monkeys passing through while in the pool one day! The villa was extremely clean and the pool amazing ???? I cannot say enough good things about this villa. We had a couple of hiccups but this management company was AMAZING with very prompt replies. The only caution I would give is the road getting up to the villa is a little rough and there are some steep hills so just make sure you have a suitable car!

We LOVED this villa, it was perfect for our stay in Manuel Antonio! The location to the city was great, close enough to make the drive easy, but far enough we had a quiet piece of the jungle to stay in. The space was perfect for our family of 4, the kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were pretty comfortable. We also had a iguana resident in the back who the kids named Stitch :) She would be there when we woke up, hang out with us all day until she headed out for the night. We also were visited by some squirrel monkeys :) truly a wonderful place to stay. We had a couple of hiccups with the property and the prompt communication with the team was outstanding. The only caution I would give is the road getting up the house is rough and there are some pretty steep hills so just make sure you have a suitable car!

Casa Palmeras was everything and more! The house was beautiful decorated and there was an abundance of supplies for the house, the beach and whatever else you could think of. We loved starting each day off in the pool. Julio and his team were so friendly, attentive and helpful. Chef Vicky was the private chef recommended by Julio and the meals she prepared for us were so fresh and delicious. She cooked so much food for the three of us, we barely needed to buy food for the week. If you're thinking about staying here, stop thinking and just do it. You won't regret it. Thank you guys for making my 50th birthday celebration better than i coud have imagined! Pura Vida!

Julio & his staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. They even decorated the master bedroom for my birthday. They had Plenty of recommendations. The roads and hills are a little bumpy getting to the house but the uber drivers were very careful. Lots of restaurants delivered to the house as well. This was such a peaceful stay. Although you have neighbors, everyone is very friendly, and you barely hear or see them.

The house was very spacious and welcoming. Lots of lizards and wildlife but we didn’t see any monkeys :( around the house. If you like to sleep to nature and relaxing sounds this is the house for you, the animals go all day lol. I would definitely stay here again. The town is 10-15 mins away with lots of food and activities. Julio was great and very communicative. The home offers additional amenities, all you have to do is ask. I can’t wait to come back :)

Beautiful house, beautiful pool. Great for when we were relaxing after visiting the national parks flora and fauna. Friendly iguanas around the pool and a troop of monkeys passed by one afternoon.Short drive to town, we ate out every night.

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting right outside Quepos. Everything was perfect.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. In a private area, but gives you a touch of the local life. The outdoor space has some amazing touches, especially if you like to cook. The pool is great as well, it has a spa like atmosphere that helps set the vibes.

Great place, very secluded in the rainforest which is what we wanted and even saw some iguanas and capuchin monkeys in the backyard. Pool was well maintained and they even had pool towels, beach towels, picnic blankets, binoculars and beach tents to take with us day to day. Overall great stay!

Julio did a great job communicating and getting us there. The place was very nice, and he was very responsive to any issue that came up. Had some good recommendations for things to do on the way there, as well as things to do once we got there. Loved Manuel Antonio. Definitely worth the trip to Quepos!

The home was tastefully decorated & had all the amenities of home. Bright well equipped kitchen, a gorgeous dinning room area with a quite space to either watch TV or read a book. Each of the bedrooms had their own air-conditioning and fan and the beds were comfortable with extra linen if needed. The proximity of the home to all the Costa Rican adventures made it so easy to get the excitement done during the day and a lazy afternoon by your pristine pool. Thank you Alvina for helping us arrange all the excursions, we were thrilled with the Zip Lining, Horse Back Riding, the Swim in the Waterfall and the Hike through Manual Antonia Forest Reserve. We enjoyed the area and the stay. The home was great for our needs in the area. The host was very responsive and supportive during our stay. Unit is great in terms of overall amenities, etc... Just make note to please check the home and rooms for damage as not all previous damages are reported and could lead to uncomfortable situation.

First time in Costa Rica and we were blown away. The villa was stunning with every luxury amenity imaginable. We loved the outdoor shower and infinity pool. Daily wildlife visits included toucans, monkeys, and colorful parrots. Sarah helped us plan amazing day trips. Absolutely magical experience!

This was by far our family’s favorite Airbnb. The house is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners have paid attention to every detail. We loved waking up to monkeys surrounding the house and the resident back porch iguana. So many birds and butterflies to sit in the pool and watch. We had an amazing stay. We had a 2 wheel drive and we were fine, but 4 wheel drive would have been a little smoother.

Casa Palmeras was absolutely fantastic!! The house was exactly as described! The kitchen had everything you would need inclusive of a cooler, blender, pots/pans, etc! The AC in each room was fantastic and fans in the rest of the house! The pool and patio were just phenomenal! Additionally! If you have the means to do hire the chef it is worth every penny! The food was fantastic and made for us while splashing in the pool with our son! Totally recommend this stay! It was a nice jumping off spot to get to other local attractions and beaches but a home to come back to at the end of the day or a great place to chill on a rainy afternoon! The ONLY downside as others have mentioned is the horrific smell of sewer in all the bathrooms :/ They host also communicated so well with texting!!

We loved our stay at Casa Palmeras! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved waking up in the morning to the sounds of the birds and animals. From the pool patio on a couple mornings we watched squirrel and cappuccino monkeys playing in the trees. We saw many iguanas, lizards and birds. Daily visits from Toucans and Aracaris!

My wife and 2 adult daughters stayed for 6 nights at the beautiful Casa Palmeras 3 bedroom house the week of 3/3/24. We loved the spaciousness and the top rate kitchen accessories with a large view onto the gorgeous patio. We spent many hours poolside after our morning tours and enjoyed our friend the iguana who hung out by the pool. Early morning coffees looking at the jungle and birds was very calming. Most importantly, the host Julio was wonderful responding to my many messages via whatsapp within minutes. I had forgotten to set up International calling so Julio would call on my behalf when I needed to reach out to a tour operator. The best customer service was when we left behind 2 very important items that Julio spent an hour at the post office to ensure we received them in a timely manner with tracking number etc. Overall 5 stars!!!!!

Four college friends reunited here and had a blast! The condo was perfect for our group size and budget. We spent days exploring but appreciated having a comfortable home base. Pool was great for evening hangouts. Good value for money, though AC in one bedroom was weak.

We're a family of 5 from the US with three kids. This peaceful villa is a bit of an adventure to get to, at night especially, but just follow the GPS and you'll be just fine. You'll want a car. It's about 1.5 miles (maybe a little less) to the center of Quepos. It's a very nicely-decorated place (way more so than with typical vacation rentals) with a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor patio with a grill and pizza oven. The pool is nice as well. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and each bedroom has its own a/c unit. Laundry machine helped big-time. The host is professional, well-organized, and really does things well.
