Large, well appointed house a short drive from anything right off the main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

Our stay at casa ventanas was absolutely wonderful. It felt private and totally comfortable. It’s peaceful at night with just the sounds of nature and during the days we felt so close to excellent restaurants, marts and beaches. We so enjoyed the iguanas that lived and sunned themselves on the roof and the toucans that would sing their songs each evening. We made great use of the pool and the outdoor seating for early morning reading ;) The house was well stocked and it was really easy to feel at home. (I also really appreciated the AC in the bedrooms!) Julio was excellent with suggestions of places to stop along our route down to quepos from San Jose and gave us great local recommendations. He was responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Julio sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bilder beziehungsweise sah sie vor Ort noch viel schöner aus!! Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht um sich selber zu verpflegen, sich wohlfühlen zu können und sogar sich sportlich zu betätigen. Wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten immer eine Antwort gehabt und im Office bei der Rezeption sogar örtlich Hilfe bekommen. Selten haben wir so gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir persönliche Empfehlung bekommen die sich wirklich gelohnt haben. Die Anlage biete viele Möglichkeiten Tiere zu sehen/zu hören und rund um die Uhr ein sicheres Gefühl. Von Wachmann bis zu den Arbeitern waren alle sehr Freundlich! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und all unseren Freunden die Zeit in Costa Rica verbringen wollen diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Un lugar increíble, con mucha naturaleza y paz, perfecto para relajarse, intimo, limpio, lleno de detalles y sorpresas. El Host fue super claro, comunicativo y atento.

Si buscas un lugar para llenarte de buenos recuerdos, este es el lugar.

Hay una pequeña catarata justo al lado que brinda un sonido natural y relajante.
Gran variedad de flora y fauna en un lugar prestigioso, muy seguro y tranquilo.

Fue un sueño estar ahi y no lo pensaría para volver!

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. It was very private and felt like we were right in the middle of nature. I would stay here again and recommend this anyone one looking for a peaceful get away with lots to do close by. Julio was a great host!!

Belle villa, comme sur les photos. Un excellent service et très rapide à répondre, même lorsque nous avions besoin que quelqu’un vienne nous montrer le fonctionnement d’un appareil. Cela ne prenait que quelques minutes et une personne était à notre porte. Ils offrent même de venir faire le ménage durant notre séjour selon les heures désirées. Beau séjour!!

para aquellos que tengan carro 4x2 tener cuidado a la hora de subir ya que cuando la calle está mojada las llantas tienden a resbalar en las trepadas.

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! This place is worth every penny, amazing location, where we spotted monkeys from the house in the mornings whilst eating breakfast. The Airbnb was completely stocked, the kitchen had everything you’d need and more and the pool was clean & in perfect condition. Host was lovely, gave recommendations and checked in on us often, helping out when there were any issues. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and we would be honoured to come back! This place is amazing! The concierge staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a lush rainforest setting within a gated community just outside downtown Quepos. It’s close to fantastic restaurants, the marina, and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park. Every tour we booked with outside agencies picked us up right at the gate, which was so convenient. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We’re already looking forward to rebooking on our next trip.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Ventanas! The villa was spacious and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The concierge was excellent full of helpful tips and always responsive. We saw so much wildlife just around our villa. We hope to visit again!

Very nice home in a convenient location to beaches and restaurants. Beautiful windows as expected from the name but the doors are so heavy it makes them a bit hard to negotiate. The kitchen was sparcely stocked. Plates and bowls are stacked about 6 feet high so a bit difficult to find unless you are over 6 feet tall. The oven was not working and we had to light the gas burners with a match (we do the same at home so no big deal but knowing this is advance would have saved a phone call). The dryer was also broken so we air dried our clothes and towels.

We expect a home advertised with appliances to have working appliances so this was a disappointment as part of the reason for renting a home instead of a hotel is use of a fully functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Otherwise the home was beautiful and the pool refreshing after a day out.

The house is beautiful — it is in a gated community surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the jungle. It feels secluded, but is only a short 5-10 minute drive to the center of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It was very easy to get around. Everyday I saw many colorful birds, iguanas, and macaws. The pool was a refreshing bonus after spending the day exploring.

Driving up the hill to the house looked intimidating at first because it is a steep hill, but in actuality was not all that difficult — a 4x4 or AWD drive can do it just fine. The road is paved.

The host was great, too. I arrived in the middle of the night due to a delayed flight and they were very flexible with the check-in. There is someone at the gate 24/7 and the gentleman there helped me to reach the house since it was so dark. The host provided recommendations, they were quick and responsive to answer my questions and overall awesome service!

We had such a lovely week stay! I was so sad to leave. We felt right at home. Very safe, very peaceful. We saw monkeys and iguanas every day, visits from macaws and some other identified animals. Amazing experience for our 5 year old. We felt like we were staying in middle of MA. There are security guards to access the private estates, spa onsite. Kitchen was fully equipped, only the oven was temporarily down. We received a complimentary house cleaning halfway through our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting MA or Quepos - easy access to both areas.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Julio is a great host! And the house is exactly as described. Walking distance to Quepos down town area and a short drive to Manuel Antonio beach/park. It’s close to everything without being in a super busy location.

After encountering issues at another accommodation, we booked at Julio’s place and it was the best decision ever. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items plus a variety of seasonings and spices. We loved being able to do laundry as well. Julio was extremely responsive and made sure we had what we needed at all times. The house felt private, tucked away on a little hill in the rainforest and we saw wildlife every day. The pool was just a little too cold for us, but it was clean and refreshing to dip our feet.

We had a magically stay at Julio’s place! The service from Julio and the concierge, John, exceeded expectations. They were extremely helpful and responded so quickly! We definitely felt like top priority during our stay. The mid-week cleanings were an additional perk that we don’t usually expect with Airbnb. Manuel Antonio Estates is a gorgeous community - private, peaceful, safe, unique and a great location. It’s located within 5-15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do in either Quepos or Manuel Antonio. Like most places in Costa Rica, it is very “open-air” living, so be sure to bring bug spray and some shoes to wear while in the house.

If you want a 5 star experience in Quepos, you must stay at Julio’s home! From the moment we pulled up to the home, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. The home is absolutely gorgeous and spacious in a very secure neighborhood. Julio was the ultimate host with restaurant recommendations, excursions, you name it!
We were truly sad to say goodbye to this wonderful slice of paradise and can’t wait to go back !

Wow! What a great place to stay that is close to everything. Perfect for two people or two couples. Quiet, clean and perfect for our stay.

I stayed in this home for 2 weeks. It's a beautiful and spacious home with a large private patio. The construction noise nearby was very loud but also temporary. The house was clean, however, the doors have spaces under which allows for critters to be inside the house daily. The location is between the town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio, a nice area in a beautiful and gated neighborhood. We enjoyed the macaws and monkeys that visited occasionally. The house was well equipped to prepare meals. Julio & Maria are great hosts who are responsive and friendly. I do recommend this house!

Kitchen was perfectly equipped for preparing local ingredients from markets. We enjoyed cooking fresh Costa Rican produce while watching monkeys play outside our window. Staff recommended excellent markets and arranged a cooking class. Culinary paradise! Loved the outdoor dining area.

Perfect setting for our yoga retreat. Open-air spaces and natural sounds created incredibly peaceful atmosphere. We held sessions on the terrace overlooking jungle - the energy was amazing. Casa provided ideal balance of nature immersion and comfort. Transformative experience for our group.
