El lugar es muy bonito y la comodidad del lugar increíble, solamente que tienen que tener edredones o algo para dormir, porque únicamente está el cobertor que es como poliéster, pero la limpieza la comodidad es increíble. Es mi segunda vez y me encanta, también lo del check out y check in, muy tarde y muy temprana la salida.

La verdad estuvo muy bonito el alojamiento, las vistas eran increíbles y vimos muchos animalitos y aves andar por la zona , muy cómodos los cuartos y súper amplios , el área de la alberca también super cómoda , vimos muchos changuitos súper tremendos jajaja , claro que volvería a alojarme en el lugar 10/10

Très satisfaits de notre séjour. J’avais des appréhensions concernant le manque de luminosité et l’humidité du logement …et non, tout était parfait, l’humidité étant bien contrôlée par un déshumidificateur. Pour la luminosité, je crois que les photos devraient être modifiées car on présume facilement que le condo est dans la végétation , sans vue, sans espace pour s’assoir dehors Et ce n’est pas le cas. C’est vrai qu’il y a une belle montée abrupte pour arriver au condo, mais nous avons survécu malgré nos 73 et 75 ans. Ça permet de garder la forme. Très beau séjour!

Lovely spacious clean apartment well equipped. The access up the short steep hill and steep steps was a bit challenging for us old folk, but if we can do it anyone can. The pool was a wonderful oasis after being in the heat, immaculately clean and the added attraction of Mcaws above and capuchin monkeys roaming round. Julio and his colleague Dorit were extremely helpful patient and efficient with their communications. Would certainly recommend it

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte hier. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Mit allem ausgestattet was notwendig war. Mann ist in 10min Fahrzeit im Manuel Antonia Park oder am Strand.
Julio war sehr hilfsbereit uns zu helfen nachdem wir zwei defekte Reifen hatten. Danke nochmal für die Hilfe.

Manuel Antonio Estates is a great base for visiting thé National Park and central Pacific beaches. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well appointed, in a secure location, perfect for an independent stay.
A very nice place, private and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Manuel Antonio. Communication was excellent throughout. I happily recommend this place.

Mooi appartement. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het appartement is alleen wat donker, niet een probleem als je een groot deel van de dag weg bent, maar mocht je vooral in het appartement zijn is het wat minder.
Zwembad direct voor de deur. Op het terrein ligt ook nog een kleine waterval, hier kan je in een kwartier naartoe wandelen, het pad is wel ligt uitdagend.

Excelente lugar, lo único q sentí fue q no hay buena comunicación del anfitrión con la recepción del lugar, porq en la habitación dice q existe una posibilidad de salir a las 5 pm depende de la disponibilidad, por un precio evidentemente , y en recepción me dijeron q eso no era posible sin tener q reservar otra noche.

Impecable todo, no fue necesario nada adicional, buena ubicación, la piscina está muy bien, me gustaría volver.
Lo único que recomendaría es poner luz en las gradas qué dan a los apartamentos y más luz en la piscina porque de noche es muy oscuro.

I had a great stay here and would definitely return. Julio was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The staff at the office were incredibly helpful and friendly—especially Sebastián and Cecilia, who went out of their way to assist me with several needs during my stay.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the key amenities to make my visit pleasant and easy. Despite being close to town, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which made it a perfect place to rest and recharge.

Sehr schöne, geräumige, saubere Wohnung, mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Der Laundry-Service funktionierte tadellos und das Personal an der Reception war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung #1 ist wahrscheinlich die dunkelste von allen, da hinter hohen Pflanzen.
Ich würde definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett. Wir hatten nach einem Stromausfall Probleme mit dem WLAN aber auf Nachfrage wurde uns sofort und mit größten Bemühungen geholfen, das Problem zu beheben. The apartments are perfect for one or two couples. The location is ideal: walkable to the amenities of Quepos and a quick drive to Manuel Antonio.
My only recommendation is for hooks to be installed in the bathroom and bedrooms to hang wet items.

Excelente estadía. Muy seguro, limpio e inserto en el medio de la vegetación. En este alojamiento podrás ver monos, lagartos y todo tipo de animales en su día a día. Muy buena experiencia. Super recomendable. La limpieza está muy bien, las dimensiones son súper cómodas para una familia, los electrodomésticos funcionan perfecto y el agua caliente super bien.

Exactly as described, the host was very helpful and all communication was fast and easy. The apartment had everything I needed .The location is great, located within a very nice neighborhood with a guard at the entrance. Lots of things to see and do nearby.

Este lugar es increíble, es tal y cual como se describe y ve en las fotos. En cuanto a limpieza es excelente, baño, toallas, habitación, camas, cocina, utensilios, zonas comunes, piscina, área de asado, es sumamente limpio. La ubicación es excelente, llegas fácilmente a todo lugar, quepos y Manuel Antonio. Además de que esta cerca de muchos lugares (mini supermercados)donde puedes comprar cosas, si lo necesitas. La comunicación y solución de problemas es excelente y rápida, por parte de los anfritriones. Es un lugar al cual sin duda volvería nuevamente, se siente como estar en casa.

Perfect for our first Costa Rica trip! Condo had great kitchen which saved money on meals, and pool was refreshing after day trips. Close to both beach and town but far enough from both for tranquility. Property feels safe and well-managed. Great entry-level option for experiencing Manuel Antonio.

La ubicación es buena, el condominio en general es agradable, la piscina rica. El apartamento esta ubicado en un primer piso y las habitaciones muy oscuras. La humedad es muy alta, la sabanas se sienten mojadas y el piso resbaloso. Fuera de eso, el lugar es agradable en los alrededores.
Gracias por compartir sus comentarios con nosotros. Nos complace saber que disfrutaron de la buena ubicación, el agradable condominio y la piscina. Lamentamos escuchar sobre los problemas que experimentaron en relación con la oscuridad y humedad que afectó la estadía.

Perfect for teacher budgets! Condo was clean and comfortable with everything needed. Spent days in national park and beaches, evenings by pool. Kitchen saved money on meals. Staff helpful with activity recommendations. Great value though pool area gets crowded at peak times.

If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
