Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout the home to keep the tropical breeze flowing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to full family meals. The open living area offers lovely rainforest and mountain views, while high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV ensure you stay connected and entertained. Outside, guests can enjoy a large shared pool and BBQ area—often visited by playful monkeys and other local wildlife. Housekeeping service is included twice a week, and on-site laundry facilities are available for a small fee. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt. Vom Pool aus konnten wir Leguane und ein Tukan-Pärchen beobachten, und in der Ferne sahen wir sogar Aras. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man für den Aufenthalt brauchte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Everything about our stay at the Manuel Antonio Estates was excellent. We came to the area on our honeymoon and staying in a great place like this made our trip that much better The location was perfect for walking or driving into either Quepos or Manuel Antonio. The property was beautiful and the rental unit was in excellent condition. The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning the unit and having the option for laundry services really helped us out. Finally, Julio and Sebastian who were our main Points of Contact on Airbnb were great. They were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Not only would I recommend Manuel Antonio Estates for others, we will definitely be looking to come back and stay here in the future.

Wir kamen zu früh, wir haben dies mitgeteilt, und konnten gleich einchecken und das Apartment übernehmen. Sebastian kam gleich zu uns als wir mit dem Taxi eintrafen und er erklärte dem Fahrer wohin er fahren muss.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Pool war sehr angenehm.
Wir liessen Wäsche waschen für 3‘000 Colones per Wäschekorb. Dies war innert einem halben Tag wieder bei uns.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten mit unserem Wohnmobile einen schaden der repariert werden musste. Wir konnten dies einen Tag vor Check-Out abholen und auf dem Gelände stellen, sogar noch unseren Wassertank auffüllen.
Da wir Grundsätzlich Selbstversorger sind, gab es keine Schüssel in der Küche aber sonst alles vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Filter!
Ich kann den Apartment-Komplez nur wärmsten empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wenn wir in der Region sind.

Nice location easy access to the beach and town. Uber rides are about $2 to anywhere in town if you don’t feel like walking.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Quepos (a great little town). The place had everything that we needed for a 2-week stay: kitchen was well supplied, queen beds were comfortable, and they accommodated our need for a desk (we work remotely; Wifi very strong). The best part of this place was being right up against the jungle: we fell asleep to the sounds of crickets, saw capuchins in the nearby grove of bamboo, and watched the iguanas laze by the pool (very nice to have access to this - Quepos is very hot). We did have a scorpion, a centipede, and a gecko wander into our room, so be mindful of that, and the drive up to the apartment is very steep, which can be challenging to walk up (we're young and managed fine, albeit we were drenched in sweat by the end). I would definitely stay here again - pura vida!

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Esta muy bien ubicado, rodeado de naturaleza y lejos del ruido pero al mismo tiempo cerca de lo necesario como tiendas, paradas de buses, etc. La limpieza 10 puntos, al igual que el equipamiento de la cocina. Las camas son muy comodas. Tiene seguridad y estacionamiento privado. John siempre muy atento y dispuesto a facilitarnos todo. Ha sido un gran anfitrion.

Si quieren algo cerca de Manuel Antonio pero que no tenga un precio exorbitante y este bonito este es el lugar, esta en medio de Quepos y Manuel Antonio lo que lo hace la mejor opción, si tienes carro es más fácil porque te evitas la pendiente de la entrada PERO si no, igual es una pendiente bastante relajada.
Vimos monitos nada más llegar, esta bastante amplio, para una pareja nos quedo grande pero aun así estuvo riquísima la estancia, súper privado todo y con vigilancia entonces nos sentimos muy seguros.
Los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo y dando las instrucciones correctas.

Good budget option for our surf trip. The beach and surf breaks were a short taxi ride away, which worked out fine for us. Condo was basic but clean, with the necessary amenities. The pool was great after long surf sessions. WiFi was unreliable and there were some maintenance issues, but overall acceptable for the price point.

CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
