Die Unterkunft ist am Berg gelegen, sodass der Aufstieg zu Fuß kurz immer etwas anstrengend war, aber dafür hatte man einen netten Ausblick und war fernab der Straße. Zum Check-In konnten wir die Schlüssel mit Lageplan beim Wachpersonal abholen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, vor allem recht groß und geräumig. In der Küche gab es alles, was man benötigte. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war jeden Tag eine tolle Abkühlung. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet, sogar ein Föhn wurde uns vorbeigebracht. In der Unterkunft lagen wertvolle Informationen (Tipps, Empfehlungen, Taxinummer, Warnung vor Scam im Nationalpark) aus.
Was man beachten sollte: Am besten über längere Zeit keine Sachen unbeaufsichtigt auf dem Balkon hängen. Uns hat vermutlich ein Tier Badekleidung entwendet. Am nächsten Tag ist diese auf dem Balkon nebenan wieder aufgetaucht.

Julio was an excellent host! He allowed us to get in before 3 PM as we got there before the check inn time. The place was quiet with a great view!
We could see monkeys, birds and other wild life from our balcony!

We loved our stay at Julios apartment. centrally located. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice place to sit and watch the Toucans. Our concierge was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. There is also a hidden gem waterfall on the property that must be visited. Would stay again.

We had a great stay, the condo had everything we required: kitchen equipment, towels for the pool, AC in bedrooms; the place was clean and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
For a reasonable price they also provide laundry service.

Was there for about a month and half and I’m so glad it was my home in Quepos while I was working for the summer! It’s walkable to town but is so peaceful sitting a little above it. Realized a lot of my friends who lived in town never got to see the same wildlife that I got at Manuel Antonio Estates! Super close to bus stop and loved the gated privacy. Would absolutely stay here again

Por donde empezar... Que lugar tan maravilloso, la energía que emana el lugar es muy pura. Un lugar limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario.
Viajamos ocn nuestro bebé de 4 meses. No pedimos nada específico pero Julio y su equipo armaron una cuna, con su respectivo juego de sábanas y una silla alta para comer.
Además te dan un mapa para que puedas guiarte de como llegar.
Pequeñas acciones que hacen apreciar mucho un hospedaje y a su anfitrión.
Para los Nuevos huéspedes: hay que subir prácticamente 3 pisos de escalones, puede ser cansado y difícil. Tomenlo en cuenta si no les molesta hacerlo tendrán una visita maravillosa con un excelente host y un equipo de trabajo sumamente capaz.
Ya encontramos nuestro lugar al cual volver cada viaje.

Great experience! We came for Freediving courses and it was only a 5 min walk to class.
Our host was super responsive and the place was clean, felt safe, and was comfortable

Four traveling nurses stayed here between assignments. Perfect for our budget and timeline. Condo was clean and well-maintained with good WiFi for staying connected with family. Kitchen appreciated after eating hospital food for months. Pool and wildlife viewing helped us decompress. Good value!

O melhor sitio que me hospedei na Costa Rica. Muita natureza com uma piscina maravilhosa de onde se podia observar animais como passaros, macacos, iguanas, borboletas etc. o anfitrião foi muito simpatico e responsivo, deu nos dicas de actividades e restaurantes. Casa bastante espaçosa e com todas as comodidades

Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, however, loud music or yelling is not allowed at any time, including during the day.
No parties or events are allowed at any of the properties.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.

Extra guests must be approved by the management prior to check in.
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be respectful with our neighbors.
Please turn off the ACs and lights every time you leave the house.
Children must be closely watched, parents are responsible for their children.
Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.
Deposit: 50% of the grand total is due upon booking
Final Payment: Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days
Secure Payments: PaypalPaypal check-out secure app (all major credit cards accepted) 6% processing fees for all transactions added to the total price 6% processing fees for refunds or reimbursements
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
