Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout the home to keep the tropical breeze flowing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to full family meals. The open living area offers lovely rainforest and mountain views, while high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV ensure you stay connected and entertained. Outside, guests can enjoy a large shared pool and BBQ area—often visited by playful monkeys and other local wildlife. Housekeeping service is included twice a week, and on-site laundry facilities are available for a small fee. The property also offers free parking, spa and massage services, and family-friendly amenities such as cribs, high chairs, and extra mattresses upon request. Restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance, and most tours include round-trip transportation from the property. There are eight condos in total within the complex, so if this unit is unavailable, another may be open for your dates. Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied for longer stays, making it easy to relax and enjoy your Costa Rican home away from home.

Un logement fidèle à la description, avec un rapport qualité prix impeccable pour l’emplacement qui permet de faire les sorties au parcs manuel Antonio ou aller dans le centre de Quepos facilement.
Un système de bus peut venir vous chercher et vous re déposer, mais la voiture reste pratique dans ce coin.
La résidence est très sécurisée ce qui est agréable et le personnel de l’accueil très réactif, et nous on beaucoup aider lors de problème mécanique avec notre véhicule.
De même les personnes de l’accueil nous on permis d’avoir des places pour manuel antonio ce qui nous a permis de faire la visite du parc à notre deuxième jour sur place.
Je recommande vivement ce logement.

El alojamiento fue el broche de oro para unas hermosas vacaciones de amigas. Llegamos más tarde de lo planeado y el anfitrión nos brindó instrucciones para poder ingresar sin inconvenientes. Una vez arribadas, el lugar nos sorprendió para mejor, los ambientes muy espaciosos, muchos detalles, la cocina súper equipada!! Y lo más hermoso fue disfrutar del balcón viendo monos, tucanes y guacamayos mientras tomábamos un vino al atardecer.

Een fijne locatie, alles zoals het is beschreven en de foto's. Het is wat oubollig maar wel netjes. De aapjes zijn grappig, bij ons in februari kwamen ze elke dag circa 2 uur voor zonsondergang even langs, en even uit het zwembad drinken.

The entire property was super nice and secure. the 24 hour entrance guard is great. the apartment was spacious and comfortable and we were able to cook full meals in the well supplied kitchen. We had an issue with a fan and service was there in 10 minutes to fix it.The property's proximity to Manuel Antonio and Quepos is great. We drove everywhere and had no issues with secure parking. I would definitely come back ,

El lugar estaba muy limpio y tal como las imágenes. Nos agradó mucho la estadía.
Unicamente la entrada al lugar es de mucho cuidado ya está en una vuelta muy transitada y la cuesta al lugar es empinada y un poco resbaladiza por la humedad de la naturaleza.

The experience we had at your condo was truly priceless!! We saw monkeys, butterflies, birds and iguanas daily. We also hiked to el Salto!! Amazing! The contact with onsite people was outstanding! The guys at the gate were awesome- Dorit and her crew went above and beyond. The pool was crystal clear every day! The guide (Beatrice) and booking process for ManuelAntonio were exceptional. Accommodated our group of parents while kids played in regional tournament. Condo was budget-friendly which helped since we already spent so much on travel. Clean, functional space with everything needed. Pool was great for relaxing after long tournament days. Would use again for sports trips.

I felt like at home. I spent 2 months. The apartment is well equipped to cook and the pool was appreciated ! Always clean, all was well maintained and the equipment use was really made of quality. I never miss soap, towels during the 2 months. I recommend this place to anybody that wants a quiet place almost in the jungle. I saw many birds, monkeys and different animals every day.
I will give this place to anybody that will want to go into this area.

Perfect for newlyweds on a tight budget! We wanted to experience Costa Rica without breaking the bank and this condo delivered. Clean, safe, and romantic enough for our honeymoon. Kitchen let us cook some meals and save money for adventures. Great entry point for budget-conscious couples.

Please report any damages or loss of items that belong to the property immediately to the management.

Final Payment: Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days

CANCELLATION POLICIES & FEES: We require all cancellations to be in writing for your protection. Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days notice to qualify for a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, Manuel Antonio Estates will make every attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration (Rent, Taxes, Extra Guest & Booking Fees) less a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Any possible refunds will be issued a maximum of 14 days after your original check out date.
