Great layout with separate living spaces and bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Resort-like amenities and service with the benefits of a separate home. Enjoyed the wildlife including monkeys, toucans; macaws, frogs, and iguanas. Well-stocked kitchen, relaxing pool area, comfortable beds.

Villa Mot Mot was a true gem! Myself, my brother, my husband and my two kids had the most enjoyable week. Julio is amazing and responsive and provided tons of local recommendations for us.

The layout of the bedrooms was great. The pool was amazing and we spent so much time on the porch, the hammock swing, and the pool. The Airbnb was very well located to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Would definitely recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa MotMot! The location was very convenient, and the pool was lovely and relaxing. The villa itself is spacious, with beautiful high ceilings. It was perfect for our party of 7 people. We even had some fun visitors like monkeys, iguanas, and colorful macaw parrots ???? that made the experience truly memorable. We did encounter a small issue at the house, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently by the host. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, nature, and a fun group getaway!

Great location and a beautiful big Vila in the jungle, close to Manuel Antonio beach. Many restaurants options in the area. The Vila is beautiful, big, comfortable, clean with an amazing view. We will definitely use this location again.

Mot Mot! We loved the Mot Mot Villa! It was the perfect location between Manuel Antonio and Quepos—within walking distance to the local town and conveniently close to the bus stop. The gated community is a beautiful hidden gem!

The home had so much character and personality! I’d like to call it home away from home. Home sweet home. I loved the warm clue-blue color and the tiki-like interior design. It had everything we needed, including a hammock, pool, large showers, cozy beds, and was spacious enough to fit our family of six so comfortably.

The office managers were very accommodating in organizing transportation and were informative, answering all our questions and providing top-notch recommendations. We saw more wildlife visitors on the porch and surrounding areas than we did on our tour at the national park! It wasn’t buggy at all, as long as we followed the easy, simple rules.

Erg mooi verblijf, mooi dichtbij restaurants enz gelegen. Maar toch het gevoel midden in de jungel te zitten. De aapjes, ara's en toekans kwamen allemaal langs bij ons huisje.
Fijn contact met de eigenaar gehad, reageerde snel enwbas erg behulpzaam toen de wifi het niet deed. Het was snel gemaakt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr , sehr guter Ausstattung und Lage.
Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war absolut gegeben.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die " hauseigenen " Affen und Leguane.

Beautiful house! We loved the surrounding area, and the gated community made us feel very safe. The monkeys were a little frightening at night. We also had a monkey breakin that was not a big deal, but we just left it alone until we checked out.

The whole experience was great . The surroundings were spectacular.
The house was very comfortable and fit right in the jungle.the host was very attentive and responsive

The location of this home is amazing! It’s up the hill from the town so quiet and safe. We woke up to howler monkeys each morning and had several spider monkeys visit the porch! Sitting outside during a downpour was such an experience! There is a great hike up at the top of the community that leads to a waterfall and swimming hole that our kids loved too! We would definitely stay here again!

If you wanna get to feel at home, but at the same time, enjoy the jungle and experience the scenery of Costa Rica and a close distance to the beach. This is definitely the place to stay. Reviews showed that it was private and secure, and it was very nice to walk in. Make sure that we had security in the evenings. If you’re not scared of little salamanders running around, this will be the place you say.

We will definitely be back and would love to stay at Villa MotMot of Manuel Antonio (MA) Estates again—it’s a beautiful neighborhood with so many lovely homes, perfectly located within easy walking distance to downtown Quepos (and yummy food at Soda Sanchez) and Manuel Antonio (plus right near the bus line down to MA National Park and Playa Espadilla). And El Salto (a waterfall near the end of the main neighborhood road up the very steep hill and down a rugged trail) is an unpolished, natural gem!

We had so many memorable adventures and experiences thanks in no small part to the kind, patient, responsive, and hospitable staff at MA Estates, Biophilia, and Chef Vicky! The Villa was great (perfect for our family of 5, ranging from age 6 to 72) as was the pool (so refreshing without being cold!) and the backyard visits from frogs, lizards, birds, and monkeys! There was some construction on the lot next door, but the host told us about it beforehand and offered (plus then honored) a fair discount as a result.

It felt like a very safe space as there are guards at the entrance. The place itself is very beautiful and spacious. It was our first time in Costa Rica so it felt like a super unique experience as we saw monkeys and other animals outside on the trees. Sometimes the animals were loud but I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Nous avons célébré notre 25e anniversaire ici et c'était absolument magique. La villa était luxueuse avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis notre piscine à débordement. Le personnel a organisé un dîner privé sur notre terrasse qui était inoubliable. Se réveiller aux singes hurleurs et aux oiseaux tropicaux était le début parfait de chaque jour. Très recommandé!

Our Second time to stay at Mot-Mot. The location is perfect. Walking distance to town and the marina. A quick car ride to all that Manual Antonio offers. Host is super responsive and can help you connect with all the fun activities in the area.

The price was discounted for the nearby loud construction during our stay- it worked out for us- but be aware they start early and work late. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, just a few things, like the dishwasher was not working, and smell bad, the dryer is in bad condition, and the kitchen trash can was dirty on the outside. The towels did not have a great smell, like fresh smell. Overall the place was clean. And the property is definitely stunning and very good location. I will stay there again.

Mon mari et moi avons loué une villa pendant 6 semaines et avons tellement aimé qu'on a déjà réservé l'année prochaine. La maison était parfaite et la faune incroyable - nous avons vu des macaques, des singes écureuils, des singes à visage blanc et des toucans tous les jours. Le service de Dorit, Sarah et le personnel d'entretien était impeccable. Ils ont répondu immédiatement à chaque demande.
