Julio, Joe and the entire concierge staff members were extremely responsive prior to the visit and during the stay. They made recommendations for local sites and helped with restaurant bookings. Response times were often within minutes!

The Airbnb was also exactly as described. The papaya, pineapple and bananas were most welcome after a hot day out as was the very cool pool. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the laundry/dryer were great (so as to not travel home with wet swimwear).

The highlight was the visit from the monkeys every afternoon. All in all, a lovely stay in Quepos, and I would highly recommend staying at Julio’s Airbnb.

Julio's apartment will be another an unforgettable adventure for us. And we believe we've finally found the place we want to come back to over and over again every time we're in Costa Rica! Everything was spotless, the crib and highchair we requested were there waiting for us at check in. A big bowl of fresh fruit, a couple iquagna's sunbathing on our pool deck and a sunset like non other. The compound that the property is located on is so safe and ultra secure, wildlife is abundant and the waterfall on the property is 100% worth the hike. Our Airbnb in San Jose was a very awful experience and borderline ruined our trip then Julio and his team saved the day!

Julio was a great host and communicated an answer everytime my wife or I asked. We visit Costa Rica ever couple years, Julio did point out some sites to see. Our stay in Arcari was great, recommend having 4 wheel drive if drive is wet from rain. I did have 2 wheel drive and only had issue one day when raining. Over all, great time and will most definitely contact next year!

The property was just as described. The drive is steep so get ready for that. Had monkeys stop by 3 out of the 6 days. If you want to see them, get up at sunrise and sit out by the pool and wait. The communication with the property managers was outstanding. They arranged transportation and excursions for various activities, and all went flawless. Everything you need is within walking distance but the hike up the drive is tough after a long day, but the pool and patio after you arrive is well worth it.

Everyone at Manuel Antonio estates was so kind and helpful. We stayed in Aracari which was 10/10. Lots of beautiful wildlife! It was very clean and the view was amazing. Raindrop spa was affordable and the best massage ever. We visited the waterfall and went swimming - definitely recommend.
I also recommend the private chef. Vicki is such a good cook and so kind.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Airbnb to base our Manuel Antonio/surrounding area adventures out of! Not only was it clean & so cozy, the surroundings really topped off the experience!! We saw SEVERAL toucans right in the trees by the pool (2 different species), a pair of macaws, a very large troop of squirrel monkeys, capuchin monkeys, a “Jesus lizard” that visited our pool area every morning, morpho butterflies & so many other little critters. If you sit outside for more than a few minutes you are almost guaranteed some kind of animal encounter. The beds were so comfy, perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. There’s plenty of great food in the nearby area as well. All MA attractions are within a 15 min drive down 1 road so nothing is hard to get to from here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed although we mostly ate out, we did make delicious smoothies everyday with the fresh fruit provided. We loved our time here. 10/10 stay. Pura Vida!!!

Our stay at the villa in the Manual Antonio estate was nothing short of magical and profoundly relaxing. Tucked away in the jungle mountains, this property provides the perfect blend of natural beauty and luxurious comfort. We thank the management a thousand times over for giving us such a truly amazing vacation.
Spectacular Recommendations and Thrilling Adventures
The recommendations provided by the management were spectacular and elevated our trip from great to extraordinary. We absolutely loved the hike to the private waterfall inside the grounds of the property. It was here that we had the incredible fortune of seeing rare squirrel monkeys, who were delightfully mischievous as they played in the canopy! Jumping off the top of the waterfall was a thrilling and energizing experience—the water was wonderfully refreshing.
Another unforgettable day was the recommended ziplining excursion through the jungle canopy

Our stay in Quepos was great! We were near town which was nice. While the driveway to the AirBNB was quite steep, it was a drive that we got used to and wasn't so scary over a couple days. They had fresh fruit and a beautiful fresh bouquet of local flowers to welcome us. We had an issue with the dishwasher and Julio had someone there to fix it within the hour. The location was very peaceful and beautiful- it felt like we were in the jungle all while being within walking distance to town. The pool area was nice and relaxing - lots of wildlife nearby and different animals were heard every morning and evening. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. Having the a/c in the bedrooms was nice as well as a washer and dryer. Thank you, Julio!

Villa Aracari was absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. The villa served as a fantastic oasis during our very active weeklong vacation. The pool was bigger than we expected, and we had a large, poolside lizard visitor every day. We also saw macaws high up in the trees and smaller lizards that were catching insects around the patio. The space inside was clean and had everything we needed. The in-unit washer and dryer was also incredibly helpful. Manuel Antonio Estates' front desk team was professional, responsive and very helpful for anything we needed, including a couple of brief power outages. We didn't have/need a car, but I will say that the steep hill leading up to the villa can be quite a tough workout -- especially if you're coming and going multiple times a day. Even some of the cars we saw had trouble driving up the hill. Lastly, we utilized the private chef recommended by the hosts and her meals were excellent. All around -- Villa Aracari was splendid.

Wow! Just got back home and already missing the beautiful surroundings this home has to offer! Right where you want to be. Close to all the tour pick up spots and close to all the bars and restaurants. House was clean and comfy and had everything you needed! The Aracani Villa is so magical! Tucked away with such beautiful natural surroundings. You feel like you're far away from day to day life but it is all an easy drive to great restaurants, the beach and the rainforest! The communication was great and the home is exactly as shown, we got to see so many animals from the pool/patio and our windows. Our 4 year old loved every bit.

We had a great time staying here. House is spacious and has everything that you might need. It was a nice surprise to have a fruit basket and beautiful flowers waiting for us upon arrival. Having your private pool was a big plus! We had a chance to see monkeys and birds, while hanging out by the pool and enjoying the rainforest. Hosts gave us information about things to do and places to visit. They answered questions and responded very quickly. We saw more wild life from our patio than we did at Manuel Antonio park. It was a great place to stay.
Driveway is kind of steep and takes getting used to if you are not used to it (many hotels and places to stay are that way in this area). It is close to Manuel Antonio park and places in town, but feels private and secluded at the same time. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Aracari is a beautiful home in Manuel Antonio Estates. The pool and outdoor area, along with the peaceful sounds of the rainforest, are what make this home the best. Julio and Sebastian were responsive , helpful , and friendly. It was a pleasure staying at this home !

This place was amazing! Julio was super responsive, instructions to access the property were clear and we were sent a ton of recommendations in the area before our arrival! We checked in after the office was closed and our keys were given to the guard at the front who helped us with a map. The house itself was very private, clean and beautiful pool area with lots of wildlife! Restaurants and small stores in walking distance. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Julio’s property. The rental was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I think that the pictures are very accurate, except for the pool. The pool is actually more beautiful in person, the pictures don’t do it justice. We felt like we were the only people on the mountain, even though there were other buildings nearby. We saw monkeys, hummingbirds, lizards and even a toucan while sitting by the pool. We loved it.
We had 2 small issues during our stay. Communication with Julio was excellent and our issues were resolved quickly.
I would highly recommend Julio as a host and this property.

Would totally recommend the Manuel Antonio Estate homes to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat just outside of the hustle bustle of Manuel Antonio! The pool is what sold me on the rental but once we were there the wildlife stole the show! We had multiple monkey visits while there and also spotted two macaws! The host is absolutely responsive and they were so kind to store our bags for us after checkout while we visited the National Park!

The ability to be close to the local spots, while also feeling secluded in the jungle was an amazing experience. The location is ideal and the house was beautiful. Grateful for the time we got to spend there!

I had a great time with my girlfriend and friends here, we did not expect how many animals were spotted here, the house was so clean!! Easy to get to, there’s a pretty high road incline to get there, but you just need to be careful, a 4x2 it’s fine if you take your time. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, will be coming back!!!

Beautiful place to stay, there’s plenty of space and accommodated us greatly. Had a little trouble finding this at first - our GPS took us to the wrong estates up the mountain, but we were able to call the number and get directions to the correct place. Check in was easy from there. The driveway is no joke, especially when wet, I strongly recommended a 4 wheel drive SUV or park at the bottom and walk up. Place is exactly as described, beautiful, and clean! Host is friendly and responsive. Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Manuel Antonio!

Pool was perfect temperature, all appliances worked, great communications from host, easy to get around, friendly staff, comfy beds.

Acarcari is an amazing wonderful property- photos do not do this place justice.

Even due to red alert rains and having to stay home most of the time - it did not spoil any part of our 6 day stay. If anything made it a private storybook oasis.

Swam multiple times everyday - even in the rain - a magical property, lush surroundings.. very well thought out comfortable outdoor furnishings.

Spent hours outside watching the rain, reading books, playing cards and enjoying the BBQ and well stocked kitchen to make incredible meals.

Fantastic mercados and (veggie) food options easy walking distance. (Soda Sanchez great CR local food. MX food Chile Bus Tacos, bought a ton of their hot sauce to take home)

Our stay at the villa was great. We were in Costa Rica during rainy season and despite the rain daily we really enjoyed the house. The bedrooms are comfortable, the air conditioning is needed on the really muggy days and it worked well. The pool was lovely and due to all the trees, we were able to see two different monkey families. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Costa Rica is a beautiful place to visit, and there's so much to see and do, but the setting was so magnificent, we could have stayed there for the entire visit.

This was our first trip internationally with our baby. Julio was fantastic with accommodating our needs. A high chair and crib were already setup for our arrival and the home was clean and well stocked. If there was pool maintenance or if someone had to come by he was very careful to schedule it between our kids naps. He also informed us of a waterfall located on the property. It was pretty easy to find, but watch out for the golden orb spiders and webs along the way. It’s deep and refreshing for a swim. Ok, back to the house stuff. The pool is about 5 feet deep and very enjoyable even in the hot rain. It was perfect for a morning swim or mid day cool off. This was the first trip in years where I actually finished a book while relaxing in the hammock. The air conditioning blows cold and makes for an amazing sleep in super comfortable king beds. A Mr coffee maker does a pretty good job in the morning keeping our cups full while we got to lounge outside. Thank you Julio!

- It is all about the pool, or so my daughters say. Having the plunge pool floating in the jungle was a delight.
- The inside was as expected and well stocked with what we needed for our stay.
- There is no need for a car when staying here. Everything is within walking distance or a short bus ride.

Tips:
-Get your veggies from the Farmer's Market
-Seafood from Sabromar
-Other essentials from mini price store
-Pastries, bowls, and breakfast at Varuna
-If you drive to the national park, men will try to force you to park with them. Drive past them and park close to the entrance. They will make you feel like you must park with them, do not. Parking close is 2-3m colones.
-The only beaches safe for kids are in the national park

Villa Aracari era perfecta para mi grupo - yo mismo, mi nieta de 18 años, y dos de sus mejores amigos. Teníamos una villa muy limpia y bien equipada con dos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño grande. La pequeña piscina estaba justo en nuestra puerta trasera y era cristalina y muy apreciada durante nuestra estancia de 6 noches. Disfrutamos especialmente de los monos visitantes alrededor de las 4 pm cada tarde. El paseo a la ciudad era corto y conveniente.

Nos quedamos en Villa Aracari unos días a principios de mayo y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. La villa era espaciosa, cómoda y bien designada. La piscina privada fue un espacio fantástico para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas y sonidos de la naturaleza. Cada noche nos trataron al espectáculo de guacamayos y monos araña que pasaban, ¡un regalo absoluto! Sarah y Dorit estaban atentos y sensibles a nuestras consultas.

Nothing short of perfect. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful patio area with private/secluded pool. Walkable distance into Quepos as well!
