Julio is an amazing host, he made us feel welcome and responded quickly to every query we had. During our stay and whilst in the pool we saw lots of monkeys (2 types), toucans, lizards, iguanas, scarlet macaws - it was incredible. Well worth the hot walk to the private waterfall to have a refreshing swim. Great to have the bus stop nearby to get to Manuel Antonio. Thank you Julio & your team!

L'emplacement est idéal si vous avez une voiture car vous n'avez pas besoin de traverser Quepos constamment pour vous déplacer. Tout le personnel était gentil. Great location for visiting the Manuel Antonio National Park. Easy walk into town which had all the amenities you’d expect.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The sofas were not comfortable and unfortunately other guests smoked by the pool.

hatten ursprünglich 10 Tage gebucht. mussten aus organisatorischen Gründen um einen Tag verkürzten. War völlig easy. 3 Minuten später war der Betrag auf unserer Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben.
haben jeden tag Pool genutzt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wie alles in der gesamten Anlage. Waren immer die einzigen am Pool.
man hat uns proaktiv angeboten, dass der reinigungsservice 2 x während der 9 Tage kommt und fragte uns, wann es uns passt.
Nachteil: Wenn der Nachbar nachts die Klimaanlage laufen lässt, hörst du immer das Geräusch, weil die Geräte direkt neben schlafzimmerfenster platziert sind.
Sehr zu empfehlen. Sonst nichts negatives.

Lovely place to stay! Exactly as pictured. Pool was clean and well maintained. There was a power outage for about 2hrs on our last night but that was beyond the host’s control. Thankfully they had a gas stove so we were able to make dinner during the power outage.
The wifi was mediocre, it did not reach the bedrooms. Otherwise the accommodations were lovely and I would recommend it to friends and family!

I really enjoyed this location. The apartment was perfect for my needs. Very clean, comfortable and fabulous location between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. The pool was nice and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. Will definitely come again!

Estancia maravillosa! El apartamento súper amplio con cocina fully equipped. Destaca la limpieza y el design estilo cabaña. La piscina ha sido un lujo! Abierta 24h y justo abajo del piso. La ubicación es muy cómoda tanto si tienes coche que si no lo tienes: el centro de Quepos está a pocos minutos andando y hay una parada del bus cerca del apartamento. Excelente la comunicación con el concierge que nos ha ayudado a organizar los tours. Parece estar en el medio de la jungla, mucho verde en todos los lados, de verdad un lugar de encanto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung Nr. 5, ruhig, der Pool ist unterhalb der Wohnung aber kann auch abends genutzt werden, stört niemand. Die Unterkunft liegt leicht am Hang. Alles perfekt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette propriété sécurisé et paisible.
La piscine est un vrai plus et nous pouvons voir de nombreux reptiles et singes au bord de l'eau.
Il y a une cascade dans la jungle à aller voir, marche un peu escarpé mais l'endroit en vaut la peine !
L'hôte est très réactif et à su répondre à nos demandes rapidement à chaque fois.

The cleaning and washing service was great and really nice yo have two sets of towels for pool and bathroom. kitchen well equipped incl. blender, toaster, microwave and gas hobs. Rooms all with fans on the ceilings as well as air con. Only slight stress was driving up a short steep slope to get to the parking of the apartment

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento. Estaba a 15-20 del parque Manuel Antonio lo cual lo hace bastante atractivo para el desplazamiento. Tiene parking que es muy bueno y seguro.
Me encantó escuchar tantos animales/aves y ver los monos tan cerca. Se siente en la naturaleza. Muy cómodo para llegar en coche y el espacio muy lindo y limpio

Julio’s place was a fantastic stay for our family of 5. He was a very responsive host and very communicative. Highly recommend making the short trek to the hidden waterfall. We didn’t do this until the last day and wish we would have done it much sooner. The place was clean and had everything you need, including coffee. We would stay here again! Highly recommend.
