This place is an absolute 10/10. It’s close enough to Manuel Antonio, yet still offers a peaceful and private vibe. Our unit was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. All of the staff members were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Quepos/Manuel Antonio.

We enjoyed our stay here-the pool was fun and it was a great location for visiting Manuel Antonio! We had an incident with the monkeys coming into our room(open window) to steal some fruit that was initially very startling but ended up being something that we laugh about now. Just make sure to keep the windows closed and you’ll be fine!
We saw lots of other animals at the pool including toucans and large iguanas. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Nice and quite spaceous apartment. It is a little out of town inside a gated community but it has all you need for visiting Manuel Antonio and surroundings.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage zum Reservat Manuel Antonio. Man ist von hier aus mit dem Auto in 15 min zum Reservateingang unterwegs. Wir wurden auf unserer Terrasse von einigen Tieren unterhalten, insbesondere von einem ARA-Paar, dass auf dem Baum vor unserer Terrasse herum kletterte und Früchte fraß. Die Zufahrt zu den Appartments sind sehr steil und die Parkplätze etwas eng. Jedoch könnte man als Alternative auch unterhalb der Appartments parken. Der Service und die Erreichbarkeit waren sehr gut. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche waschen zu lassen fanden wir positiv und haben auch dankend angenommen. Zu Fuß ist die Stadt Quepos und viele Restaurants problemlos zu erreichen.

Incredible place to stay with amazing hosts! Monkey visits every day several even went up to the screen of our window. Patio overlooks the beautiful rainforest. Waterfall hike on site was gorgeous though pretty strenuous. Office staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and booking tours/tickets to national park. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Il pourrait utiliser quelques autres choses stockées comme shampooing et articles de cuisine, mais dans l'ensemble vraiment recommander cet endroit. Excellent location, spacious, and super friendly staff! I was working remotely and the staff brought a little desk and office chair into the Airbnb.

The bedrooms both have a window facing towards the "jungle" where birds are flying around. We saw a couple parrots fly by the balcony out front. It could use a few more things stocked like shampoo and kitchen items but overall really really recommend this place. A nice little (challenging) hike on the property to a waterfall

Ce séjour était spectaculaire ! L'emplacement n'aurait pas pu être meilleur. A quelques minutes du parc national Manuel Antonio, il est très pratique pour explorer la région. Le point culminant ? Être accueilli par des singes sur notre balcon ! C'était une expérience magique et inoubliable.

L'Airbnb avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il était confortable, bien équipé, et clairement soigné avec amour. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous et avons apprécié chaque instant. Si vous cherchez un endroit unique et relaxant pour rester près de la nature, c'est celui-ci. Très recommandé!

This stay was spectacular! The location couldn’t have been better. Just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight? Being greeted by monkeys right on our balcony! It was such a magical, unforgettable experience.

Girlfriend here. When they say you'll see animals guaranteed.. they mean GUARANTEED! I was afraid that I wouldn't see a monkey because our stay was unfortunately so short but THERE THEY WERE CHILLIN ON OUR BALCONY! Made my stay

Die Unterkunft von Julio war der Wahnsinn. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir so viele Tiere sehen, zugleich war es ruhig und privat. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und der Service war péage. Wenn wier wierder nach Costa Rica kommen, werden wier hier definitiv noch einmal herkommen. La veuve Können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Mes amis et moi avons fait un week-end au parc national Manuel Antonio, et cet airbnb était parfait ! Julio était un hôte réactif et informatif. Les logements étaient très propres, et nous avons apprécié la vue depuis le balcon. On a même vu des singes capucins le dernier jour ! Je vous recommande cet airbnb si vous cherchez à visiter Quepos / Parc National Manuel Antonio. Je reviendrais certainement !

J'ai eu récemment le plaisir de rester à Julio, et je ne peux pas le recommander assez! Julio a été incroyablement accommodant et réactif tout au long de mon séjour, rendant le processus d'enregistrement transparent. L'emplacement est parfait pour toute personne qui aime explorer à pied; il est juste à une courte marche de Quepos et commodément à proximité de la station de bus pour des voyages à Manuel Antonio Park.

Ce qui m'a vraiment surpris, c'est le sentiment d'intimité de l'espace, malgré sa proximité avec la ville. Entouré d'arbres luxuriants, c'était une retraite sereine où je pouvais profiter des sons de la nature, y compris les oiseaux et même les singes! Dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience merveilleuse, merci Julio!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Julio’s place, and I can't recommend it enough! Julio was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout my stay, making the check-in process seamless. The location is perfect for anyone who loves exploring on foot; it’s just a short walk to Quepos and conveniently close to the bus station for trips to Manuel Antonio Park.

What truly surprised me was how private the space felt, despite being so close to town. Surrounded by lush trees, it was a serene retreat where I could enjoy the sounds of nature, including birds and even monkeys! Overall, it was a wonderful experience—thank you, Julio!

Bonjour ! Nous avons visité une famille de 4 personnes du Canada pour la première semaine de mars 2025. C'était notre premier voyage au Costa Rica. J'avais fait beaucoup de recherches sur les logements à l'avance et nous étions très heureux de notre choix. Notre appartement était en très bonne forme et le personnel était si sensible aux questions toute la semaine, répondant aux courriels, aux textes et aux questions au bureau et aidant avec les questions sur la région et les taxis. Nous avons profité de la piscine et nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos premières soirées se rafraîchir et regarder les singes, les iguanes et les oiseaux (toucans et macaques!) pendant que nous nageons. Un point fort était de voir les petits singes Titi dans les arbres. La cuisine était bien équipée avec des plats pour que nous puissions cuisiner, et nous avons également marché dans Quepos plusieurs fois pour les restaurants. Nous avons également fait des promenades au coucher du soleil jusqu'à la route du domaine en haut d'une colline, où vous pouvez voir l'océan et une vue imprenable sur Quepos. Mon mari est parti tôt chaque matin pour marcher dans une boulangerie locale pour nous ramener le petit déjeuner. L'allée de notre condo était raide et serrée, mais notre voiture de location l'a fait ainsi que plusieurs taxis... On entendait la circulation routière de la route de Manuel Antonio Park, mais ça ne nous dérangeait pas. Merci beaucoup de nous aider à nous sentir confiants au sujet de notre semaine et d'être de si grands hôtes!

This condo was great for our family of 4. AC worked great in bedrooms. Kitchen equipped for a couple nights of us cooking dinner. Balcony was awesome and we saw monkeys and birds daily right outside of our door. You truly feel immersed in nature even while being just a quick drive to town.

I enjoyed staying at this place during my short trip to Manuel Antonio. It is located in a gated community with a security guard. We had some issues come up with our bathroom and the host was very responsive and prompt with resolving the issue. The surrounding is also great as you can see monkeys and other wildlife from the balcony.

Great stay at a beautiful property close to the beach and national park

Amazing! Everything was as described or better! The cleanliness was top notch with no issues! The kitchen was well stocked! Great communication with Julio, who was very helpful. We were greeted by a yellow throated toucan as we arrived and the visits from wildlife didn’t end there! Plenty of wildlife and birds all around us! We hiked to the waterfall and had a private swim, with a waterfall all to ourselves! We loved our time here and were sad to leave! Hope to visit again!

Nice accommodation, superb beds and Aircon in bedrooms. Balcony with lots of monkeys, especially when neighbours start feeding them. Didn't use pool or BBQ but available. Gorgeous hike up the hill to waterfall, wel worth the effort, 45 mins on road, 20 mins down a moderate track. Great place to stay, thanks.

Une option abordable pour notre réunion d'amis de lycée. Condo a accueilli notre groupe et les espaces partagés sont bons pour rattraper. Cuisine utile puisque nous sommes tous sur les budgets étudiants. Piscine idéale pour les conversations du soir. Propriété montrant une certaine usure et pourrait utiliser des mises à jour, mais une valeur décente dans l'ensemble.

Patient du personnel de notre groupe universitaire et nous a aidés à comprendre les coutumes locales. Excellent emplacement pour les aventures d'étude et de week-end. Très recommandé pour les groupes d'étudiants.
