Beautiful view of the jungle while still close to downtown. Would stay there again.

My mother and I stayed here and had an absolute lovely time. We felt blessed to have such a fantastic location. I felt very safe, it felt classy, people were amazing, and the condo was exceptionally clean!. It was very easy to get to Manuel Antonio from our location as well. The staff was fantastic. One of our favorite parts was the pool. One of the best pools around. The only issue was the steepness to drive up and the flights of stairs. We were able to handle it, but it’s something to keep in mind. The gated community put us at ease. We did get massages which was an added bonus to our stay. Five stars, definitely recommend. Alles gut. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in der Region. Einziger Nachteil: Die Koffer muss man die steile Treppe hochtragen. Da kann Julio aber nichts für :-)

Es de los lugares que llegas y disfrutas mucho, tiene lo necesario para pasarla bien y descansar, para nosotros estuvo ideal porque nos movimos el coche.

Excelente lugar. Muy acogedor como en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Luis muy amable y siempre atento a nosotros.

The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. And the place was clean, the kitchen well stocked. And my mother and I especially enjoyed having a morning coffee on the deck and listening to all the birds! Also loved the tip to go to the waterfall at the top of the property. One note is that apt is at the top of a very steep hill without much right around it so we ended up taking quite a few taxis. If you have a car it would be no problem but is not the most accessible without one.

Had a nice visit with the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was perfect after a day of adventure. lots of animals, visits from the monkeys. Also saw a tapir, macaws, toucans, & iguanas. Saw lots of sloths and everything else in the park.

The bed was a bit hard for my wife and they brought us a topper which was greatly appreciated. She also got a massage and said it was wonderful, with an oatmeal scrub included.

Manuel Antonio is beautiful and it was nothing to drive the whole area, lots of amazing restaurants with a view and a beach to die for(turn at the igloos: good surf). Quepos had our favorite breakfast spot Pastelería y Cafetería La Panera.

This is a really great spot, I would come back in a heartbeat. The place was awesome and staff were great.
The only issue is lots of stairs, if you have mobility issues this isn’t for you.

We had such a wonderful time at Julio's place. The airbnb was the perfect size for 4 of us. The highlight was spending time on the balcony and in the pool watching the macaws, toucans, and monkeys! We highly recommend this spot in Quepos!

Julio's place was amazing! we were located in condo #3 and had the best spot to view the monkey's as they came from the trees right up to our balcony ???? the pool was a hit for our son and we were close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, which made it perfect for the few days we stayed there. Definitely recommend!

The place is big and clean, full of everything need to have a comfortable stay. Theres’s a lot of animals in the property which is really cool. Would love to come back!

Un lugar muy bonito, agradable; tuvimos experiencia de ver muchos monos de cerca, desde mis techos y hasta los balcones. Talvez el único detalle son las gradas, pequeñas y muchas, creo que difícil para alguien con dificultad motora

we had a fantastic time at eco room 3. The white faced monkeys and squirrel monkeys are all over the property and we're a huge bonus to watch though the white faced ones were mischievous / not fearful of getting close to humans and will try and get in through a window or an open door and we had one come inside so stealthily to steal a banana off the kitchen counter when I turned my back! Keep the door closed and maybe the windows. The property was super clean and convenient to the bus which you can ride to the nearby national park. Don't miss the waterfall on the property (we did). We had a great time! Unforgettable stay! ☆☆☆☆☆ ♡

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Middenin de natuur met het Manuel Antonio Park op een kwartier rijden. Heel leuk dat de aapjes af en toe eens komen kijken bij het balkon. Houdt er bij deze locatie wel rekening mee dat de stroom regelmatig uitvalt, maar daar kan de verhuurder niet veel aan doen.

I didn't know what to expect after looking around for other properties in the neighborhood, and this was a gold nugget. they always responded quickly, and pool was lovely to cool off. always kept clean. I'll go back here again

These apartments are a great choice in Quepos. Spacious, comfortable, full kitchen if self-catering and a lovely pool area a few steps away from the rooms.
Friendly check-in/out and very communicative. Highly recommend as a good option for visiting Manuel Antonio NP.

Sparklingly clean and fresh. Cool, private and in a beautiful location. Comfortable beds and well equipped. Great little pool where monkeys played late afternoon. Able to walk easily to the mini market and to Soda Sanchez for local food and uphill to Tico Times with a pool, good food and cocktails and great views. Nice not to have to use the car on occasion. Don’t think the description adequately described the beautiful and peaceful location.

The apartment was nice and in a great location. Sebastian in concierge was very welcoming. Felt secure with a gated and guarded property. AC in both bedrooms was nice. The balcony was fun with several white-faced monkeys visiting. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location, very close to restaurants and Quepos. Within 10-15 minutes of Manuel Antonio NP. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en los Eco Condos. Fue el alojamiento perfecto para explorar Quepos, Manuel Antonio, y Uvita. La comunicación fue clara, y el apartamento limpio. Desde nuestro balcón, pudimos ver monos, iguanas, guacamayos, y agoutis mientras tomábamos nuestro café de la mañana o descansábamos por la tarde. The space is cute. We saw a several monkeys and iguanas on the property. Location is ideal for the beach and restaurants.

Loved our stay here and would happily come back! The location is perfect, and we could quickly drive to phenomenal beaches, the national park, and local restaurants. Julio and his team were so friendly and responsive, providing helpful information throughout. The unit was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Loved listening to the jungle around us at night. A perfect retreat in a wonderful area of Costa Rica!

The Airbnb itself was great -clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The Airbnb was also set on a beautiful lush estate where monkeys would visit us at our balcony every night and we saw and heard so many beautiful birds. The entire staff at the estate were so friendly and helpful. The Airbnb is also within walking distance to Quepos when felt like going into town to explore. It was a fantastic stay and I would stay there again without hesitation.

¡Una celebración perfecta de posgrado! Teníamos presupuestos ajustados pero no queríamos sacrificar comodidad o seguridad. Condo superó las expectativas y la ubicación fue ideal para actividades que queríamos. Hecho recuerdos que durarán toda la vida sin romper el banco. Algún ruido de las unidades vecinas pero manejable.

Wonderful the apartment is very clean and incredibly well laid out and it has all the things that you need. The two bedrooms are similar in size and layout which is easy for two people sharing the space. There is a nice pool, there is a ample parking, and it feels very safe and friendly. They were also very responsive. All around this was an excellent stay.

We loved our stay here. Especially the frequent monkey visits (one of the highlights of our trip!).

Very large clean apartment, good hot water, good AC and internet. The monkeys are very smart and can open windows and doors that are left unlocked.

Es mi segunda vez en estos condos. Son dos edificios con varios apartamentos, todos muy parecidos. Son amplios y muy completos con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, cocinar, toallas de playa, rodeados de naturaleza, balcón privado, AC en habitaciones. Estacionas justo frente a los edificios. No hay elevador por lo que debes tenerlo en cuenta. La piscina compartida ocupa un poco más de iluminación nocturna. Si deseas un TV inteligente debes llevar tu propio dispositivo, el TV del condo solo tiene televisión por cable. Son un poco alejados de la playa, pero si tienes un auto en realidad son una excelente opción que recomiendo, aunque siempre puedes tomar los autobuses que pasan justo al frente del complejo.

Es un hospedaje muy acogedor. Tranquilo. Las condiciones simplemente geniales. Punto alto, la calma. Lo que se puede mejorar, el acceso a los departamentos con el carro obligan a tener precaución

Julio's place was incredible. They thought about absolutely everything. Anything you needed to enhance your stay, they had it. Even things you didn't know you needed, they had them. The place was extremely clean, big, comfortable. It was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect, closed to Quepos and also Manuel Antonio. Beautiful surroundings with lots of monkeys and other animals running around. The pool was also outstanding. I can go on and on. My wife and I loved our stay and will definitely try to book with Julio again when we come back to Manuel Antonio. #PuraVida

Quelle belle fin de voyage. Le logement de Julio était le dernier de notre voyage et nous avons pu nous reposer avant notre voyage. Nous étions à 15 minutes en voiture du parc Manuel Antonio et ce fut très apprécié. À notre deuxième soir, des singes sont venus jouer avec nous. Ils ont commencé par nous faire des coucous du toit, puis sont venus faire des accrobaties devant nous. Ce fut notre meilleur moment au Costa Rica.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were surrounded by lush jungle. The unit was very large and had plenty of space for me and my husband. We enjoyed having a decent size kitchen where we could prepare our meals. It was a little bit warmer in the main space because they have fans, but not air conditioning. However, the bedrooms were air conditioned so sleeping was very comfortable. Most days we could just sit outside anyway, so the temperature wasn’t really an issue.

The pool was enjoyable and much bigger than I expected. Don’t be surprised if you see lizards join you on the pool deck!

Amazing place, beautiful nature, peaceful, very silent, great apartment! The host is fantastic, gave us great tips, helped us with everything! The cleaning is upstanding, the laundry service is great! We really loved the condo, the pool, spa, the hiking to the private waterfall! I really recommend and hope to be back! I have been to a lot of Airbnbs and hotels, but this one is one of my favorites!

One of best airbnbs in Costa Rica! Feels like hotel! Ridiculously clean, cleaners DEEP cleaned every few days, pool was great . wildlife EVERYWHERE! Sit on your balcony and see parrots, toucans, squirrel monkeys,white faces monkeys, so so so amazing! My kids had a blast! Thank you x100

Felt like a safe heaven, on between a national park on one side, and Quepos on the other. Having access to the pool was great, and we enjoyed seeing and hearing the nature on our doorstep. Only issue we had was a power outage one evening.
